Riyad Mahrez, cutting in from the right wing, unleashes one at the Hull goal, which Eldin Jakupovic gathers at the second attempt.

A minute later, Mahrez jinks and turns to create some space from a tight angle shoots at goal, but Andy Robertson deflects it over.

Good spell for the hosts.

A battling run from Hull's Sam Clucas takes him into the Leicester penalty area, but his effort has little power and is deflected by Wes Morgan, with goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel smothering the ball before it went out for a corner.

Leicester have put themselves about, they are working hard, they are playing for each other and they are up for this. But this Hull team are high on confidence.

Terry Mahoney: The way Vardy is applying himself seems to indicate he's especially benefiting from the change at Leicester. Funny that.

And another chance for Hull's Harry Maguire, who heads at goal from Kamil Grosicki's raking free-kick but it is straight at Kasper Schmeichel.

Hull so close to retaking the lead. Kamil Grosicki's left-wing corner finds its way to Harry Maguire, and the big centre-half, who deserves an England call-up according to Tigers boss Marco Silva, sticks out a foot and sends it goalwards.

With Kasper Schmeichel well-beaten, the ball bounces off the upright.

Hull went ahead against the run of play as Sam Clucas scored against the team where he began his career.

But Hull's lead only lasted 13 minutes before Leicester gained a deserved equaliser as Christian Fuchs scored after good work from Jamie Vardy.

Johnny Magrinho: Nice to see the Leicester players supporting their manager & playing for him. Obviously Ranieri didn't deserve their dedication.

Lovely retention of the ball from Leicester with Hull chasing shadows. Eventually Christian Fuchs whips in a cross from the left, which Andy Robertson at the back post hacks clear before Marc Albrighton can get there.

Leicester's Marc Albrighton, linking up well with Christian Fuchs, gets a bouncing ball 30 yards from goal and goes for the optimistic.

He catches the half-volley sweetly, but a bit too sweetly with the ball going well over the top.

This is the Jamie Vardy of last season. He's everywhere and Hull can't handle him. Now he is appearing on the right wing and fires in a bullet cross, which Shinji Okazaki just can't get on the end of.

I fully expect more goals today.
