  1. 'The Recovery Match'published at 14:46 Greenwich Mean Time 4 March 2017

Leicester City v Hull City (15:00 GMT)

    John Motson
    Match of the Day commentator

"I'm calling this The Recovery Match - Hull have turned a corner and Leicester may well have done. It is a question of which side continues that improvement.

"If Leicester win again, there's a good chance caretaker manager Craig Shakespeare will be asked to continue in the role. He knows the players and got the best out of them  against Liverpool  by returning to the default settings that won the title: 4-4-2, with Jamie Vardy thriving on balls played in behind.

"Marco Silva has got Hull playing decent football and he now has a bit of choice in terms of team selection.

"Their lamentable away record is a monkey on their back though. Defeat would add to the pressure before next week's home game against Swansea."

Leicester City v Hull City (15:00 GMT)

So who will be Leicester's next permanent manager?

Ex-England boss Roy Hodgson has already been spoken to about the position and Craig Shakespeare is keen to carry on in the role. Today, could well be a powerful job interview and Foxes defender Danny Simpson would be happy for Shakespeare to get the job on a full-time basis.

"I can't see why not, but it's the chairman's decision," said Simpson.

"For me, he (Shakespeare) has been really good. Since day one he has helped me a lot. He is a top coach, a top guy and he has taken it on naturally.

"He has kept it simple and told us what he wanted to do, which was simple and basic, and we've done that so let's hope we can carry it on for him."

It is the same again for Craig Shakespeare in his second game in temporary charge of Leicester as he names the same 11 that started the 3-1 win over Liverpool on Monday.

There had been a doubt over goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel, who had been struggling with an ankle problem, but he is deemed fit enough to play.

Leicester: Schmeichel, Simpson, Morgan, Huth, Fuchs, Mahrez, Drinkwater, Ndidi, Albrighton, Okazaki, Vardy. Substitutes: Chilwell, King, Amartey, Slimani, Zieler, Gray, Ulloa.

Hull boss Marco Silva makes three changes from the side that drew 1-1 at Burnley last week.

Oumar Niasse starts up front with Dieumerci Mbokani out for six weeks after injuring his hamstring last Saturday. The other changes see Lazar Markovic and Sam Clucas come in for Shaun Maloney and Omar Elabdellaoui.

Hull: Jakupovic, Elmohamady, Ranocchia, Maguire, Robertson, Huddlestone, Markovic, N'Diaye, Clucas, Grosicki, Niasse. Substitutes: Meyler, Hernandez, Elabdellaoui, Maloney, Diomande, Marshall, Tymon.
