    Everton 0-0 West Brom

Plenty of endeavour from Everton but too many passes are going astray. West Brom have shown little attacking threat and seem content to sit back and let Everton come at them.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

Romelu Lukaku uses his chest to set up Ross Barkley whose first time shot just outside the area flies high and wide.

Everton are dominating possession but they are yet to test Ben Foster.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

    Decent start by Everton.

Seamus Coleman does well to get in a cross which fizzes across the six-yard area after Gareth McAuley fails to cut it out. The Baggies survive. Just.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

Romelu Lukaku needs one goal to join Harry Kane at the top of the Premier League scoring charts. He's in the mood and has already had one surging run into the Baggies area before being stopped in his tracks.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

An early free-kick for West Brom around the halfway line which drops to Darren Fletcher who pokes it into the penalty area but Everton get it clear.

One week on from his win over David Haye, boxer Tony Bellew is at Goodison Park to watch his beloved Everton.

I wouldn't want to be an Everton player facing Bellew after the match if the Toffees come unstuck this afternoon.

Last week's defeat at Spurs may have ended Everton's nine-game unbeaten run but it hasn't dampened their genuine belief they can grab a top-six spot.

At home they have been excellent, winning their last four at Goodison, scoring an astonishing 15 goals along the way, with the unstoppable Romelu Lukaku finding the net in each victory.

The Belgian is well known to Baggies fans after his loan spell there four seasons ago, and the Albion defence will have to be at its miserly best again.

If Everton do make it back into Europe by finishing seventh then it will require an early return to training for Ronald Koeman's side to prepare for the third qualifying round first leg on 27 July.

But don't expect any complaints from Ronald Koeman's players.

"Players like to be part of Europe and they like to be part of the Champions League," said the Toffees boss. "That is the best for football players but that will normally be impossible.

"The first step is to be part of Europe even if that means being part of a difficult European league on a Thursday or qualification really soon in the pre-season. We would like to do it and be part of it because Europe is the next step."

With his annual target of 40 points safely secured, Tony Pulis now has an additional 10 in his sights as West Brom look to break the 50-point barrier for the first time in their Premier League history.

Everton in the Europa League? How?

There are three Europa League spots - the team that finishes fifth and both the EFL and the FA Cup winners.

Manchester United winning the EFL Cup means seventh in the Premier League, external will be sufficient for a third qualifying round spot providing one of the current top six lift the FA Cup.
