Not everyone is good enough to play in the FA Cup. But the FA People's Cup, well that's a different matter.

West Ham United

West Ham manager Slaven Bilic: "In the end, definitely we deserved to get something out of the game but they played well and played with great aggression.

"They missed two penalties too so we were lucky we were only down by one goal. We had situations to go two up but didn’t take them so we are disappointed.

"At that moment we went for the third goal, we lost too many players on that side and left it too open and you can’t give them space on the counter attack.

"When you score two goals away from home, you should get something out of the game. We have had a good away run and today we showed our quality to equalise."

Hull City

Oumar Niasse, who scored twice for Hull, said: "In the end we were lucky to win 2-1. After the two goals, they started to push us.

"The manager just said to me to push on to them and to make the runs. It was a good performance from the team and from me. At home I think we should play two up front more often. At home we need three points from every game.

"At Everton it was a difficult time and I didn't have that luck, and with the new manager (Ronald Koeman) I didn't get my chance."

Swansea City

Swansea City boss Paul Clement: "The way we defended was not good enough. For long periods we looked like we were in control of the game and we were creating opportunities on the counter-attack.

"Two injuries in the first half have hurt us and in the second half we were limited to what we could do. Martin Olsson got hurt and we had to play with an injured player for the rest of the game. Overall we have to be disappointed with how they scored and how open we were.

"Fernando Llorente has been a key player to us recently and gives us lots of different threats, I don't think it is serious, I think he has a dead leg, Angel Rangel's is an injury to the ankle, I'm not sure how serious that one is. Martin got a knock on his ankle, he was not 100% but was able to continue.

"There's a lot of football to be played. I didn't think we were anywhere near safe and we are not anywhere near safe now. We have 10 games to go and have to bounce back next week against Bournemouth."

West Brom manager Tony Pulis told BBC Sport: "Conceding the two goals before half-time killed us. Before that we were in the game.

"Romelu Lukaku and Ross Barkley were outstanding. Our players have worked really hard. You'd think it was a stroll in the park if you hadn't watched the game, but it was anything but.

"We created some opportunities. Our biggest problems in the last couple of weeks has been the little bit of quality we need with a final pass or shot or cross. Everton had that today.

"Everton are the best team outside the top six. They've got real quality."

Everton boss Ronald Koeman revealed left-back Leighton Baines is fine and will be fit for next weekend after being replaced by Ramiro Funes Mori at half-time today.

Cost me some clean sheet bonus points in fantasy football, but I'm not bitter or anything...

Bournemouth

More from Joshua King: "The match ball is in the dressing room getting signed by the lads - I couldn't do it without them so I wanted their names on it for memory. 

"I'm learning so much from the gaffer and the lads and to be honest I'm loving it at the moment. 

"I said to myself I was going to score four in the next two games so I only need one more."

Hull City

Hull City manager Marco Silva said: "We got three important points, of course I am happy. It was a tough, tough game. We improved in the second half and after that we controlled the game.

"I'm not happy with the last five minutes to give gifts to the opponent. The game only finishes when the referee gives the sign.

"In the first half we had chances, and in the second half we improved our attitude and scored two goals. It is a fair result for us. We work two systems and the players know what we want.

"We need to take points away from home as well, it is difficult."

Hull City

Hull goalkeeper Eldin Jakupovic: "We are very happy with the result, but I'm not happy with the one goal we conceded.

"I said to the lads we had to keep a clean sheet. It was a massive, must-win game, everyone is relaxed and everyone is happy now.

"We had to show a reaction from our last game against Leicester. Every game we have to fight. We have to keep going and be strong at home. The next game is Everton away, it will not be easy, they are a clever team."

Bournemouth

Bournemouth manager Eddie Howe: " Relief is the overwhelming feeling. It always is in those circumstances – a mixture of emotions but the main one is relief.

"It sums up the Premier League really – the ups and downs are extreme but I think we played well.

"Yes we missed two penalties and I was surprised to see Joshua miss it but his strike partner took the next one. There’s nothing wrong with that.

"We had a lot thrown at us and it sums up the run we have had but the lads dug deep and it was a great winning goal.

"Joshua King has had an outstanding season and is beginning to show true potential.

"The spell we have been on has been hugely frustrating and there are questions raised when you are not winning.

"It’s a demanding league but I am proud of my players - they never give in and showed that again today."

Everton boss Ronald Koeman to BBC Sport: "It was an outstanding team performance. In the second half, we controlled it. Our defensive organisation from set plays was outstanding.

"We will always score because we have those types of players. Normally Romelu Lukaku will score in every game. But you need to fight, defend and run. The pressing in midfield was outstanding.

"Ross Barkley always worked hard and listened. We changed his position in the team so he's not in midfield. In a free role, he can be creative for Romelu. 

"Our target is to play next season in Europe. We know maybe seventh position will bring it." 

Leaders Doncaster beat Cheltenham 2-0, while second-placed Plymouth won by the same margin away at Mansfield.

Third-placed Portsmouth recorded the biggest win of the day in League Two with a 4-0 success at Colchester. Stevenage move above Luton up to fourth after beating them 2-0, but Carlisle suffered a shock 3-0 home loss against Cambridge.

At the bottom, Newport County, who sacked manager Graham Westley earlier this week, won 2-1 at Crewe, but Leyton Orient were on the end of a 3-0 home defeat against Grimsby.

Bournemouth

Bournemouth hat-trick scorer Joshua King: "I was a bit fuming, I could have had four or five if I hadn’t missed the penalty but I am just happy to help the team and get the three points.

"After a good result at Manchester United, there has been a buzz around the training ground and I just had a feeling it was going to be good. We had to work hard for it but I knew we would win.

"I can’t describe how important the win is. We have been struggling in 2017 but this is great to get three points.

"We knew what West Ham were going to bring in Andy Carroll and we know he is a threat in the air so we were prepared for him.

"No I won’t be celebrating – we have got an important game next week so it’s back to fatherhood for me tonight."

No side to have conceded 60 or more goals after 28 Premier League games have ever stayed up. Swansea have conceded 61.

Bolton defeated fellow promotion hopefuls Fleetwood 4-2, while Bradford moved up to fourth with a 2-0 win at bottom-of-the-table Coventry.

Scunthorpe threw away a two-goal lead and lost 3-2 at Gillingham, who won it with a hat-trick of Josh Wright penalties.

Struggling Chesterfield drew 1-1 with Shrewsbury, Swindon had Bradley Barry sent off during a 3-2 defeat at Port Vale and there were also wins for Northampton, Bristol Rovers and Oxford United.

Bournemouth's Joshua King is the sixth Norwegian to score a Premier League hat-trick - after Jan Age Fjortoft, Tore Andre Flo, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, Steffen Iversen and John Carew.

Leaders Newcastle have suffered a shock home defeat, losing 3-1 to Fulham. Ryan Sessegnon, 16, scored twice for Fulham, who also missed a late penalty as Tim Ream failed to hit the target.

Huddersfield won 1-0 at Brentford, but fellow play-off sides Reading and Sheffield Wednesday both lost. Reading went down 3-0 at Preston, with Wednesday losing 2-0 at Aston Villa. 

Birmingham snatched a late equaliser at Cardiff thanks to Lukas Jutkiewicz's late goal. Tom Lawrence also grabbed a dramatic point with a 93rd minute equaliser for Ipswich at Barnsley.

Bristol City gained a vital win at Wigan, managerless Norwich drew 2-2 with Blackburn and bottom-placed Rotherham lost 1-0 at Wolves.

Hull City give themselves big hope in the relegation battle with victory over Swansea. They're only three points below the Swans now.
