Bournemouth were looking bright straight after West Ham's goal, but it's the Hammers who are seeing more of the ball now.

How much will those 48 seconds haunt a team short on confidence anyway? The Cherries' last win was in 2016.

    Hull 0-0 Swansea

Hull give the ball to Swansea star Gylfi Sigurdsson, who goes on a selfish run which ends up nowhere. A Tigers man gets the ball back and then goes on a dribble himself but that also ends in failure. A bit like every football computer game I ever play.

    Hull 0-0 Swansea

Swansea break quickly from the back as Tom Carroll's cutback towards Wayne Routledge is desperately cleared out for a corner, which comes to nothing.

    Hull 0-0 Swansea

Swansea striker Fernando Llorente heads the ball straight at the keeper, but he was offside anyway. It's been a pretty even start.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

Romelu Lukaku goes close for Everton but he drags his 14-yard effort wide of the far post. The Toffees have seen more of the ball in the opening stages, but that was their first chance.

  6. EFL updatepublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 11 March 2017

First goal of the day in the EFL? Tyler Roberts pops up to give Shrewsbury a 1-0 lead at Chesterfield in their League One match.

There wasn't such a great start for Aston Villa, who saw midfielder Henri Lansbury injured in the warm-up before their match at home to Sheffield Wednesday.

No goals in any of the Championship matches just yet, with Newcastle guaranteed to end the day on the top of the table... unless they lose by nine goals at home to Fulham.

    Bournemouth 0-1 West Ham

Bournemouth create another chance down the left as Charlie Daniels crosses into Joshua King - who is inches from turning the ball home.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

West Brom striker Hal Robson-Kanu tries a lobbed pass (or maybe a shot?) that lands straight into the gloves of Joel Robles. This is only his second Premier League start of the season, he's come on another 20 times in the league.

    Hull 0-0 Swansea

Hull midfielder Tom Huddlestone has their first shot on target, but his 25-yard effort rolls towards the middle of goal and Lukasz Fabianski saves it with ease.

    Always hit the target!

I have seen Josh King take a few penalties and he is always so cool. Perhaps he was too cool.

And that is football for you! Miss a chance and ten seconds later you are punished.

This is a big test of their character for Bournemouth today.

    Hull 0-0 Swansea

Swansea have the first chance of the game as Gylfi Sigurdsson slips in Wayne Routledge, but his effort is saved by Eldin Jakupovic.

    Bournemouth 0-1 West Ham

Moments after Sofiane Feghouli gives away the penalty, he wins the ball near the Cherries box - well he was passed the ball by a Bournemouth defender - and he finds Michail Antonio, who spins and sends the ball into the bottom corner of the net.

What a woeful 60 seconds for Bournemouth.

    Bournemouth 0-0 West Ham

Oh it's terrible by Joshua King. He sends Darren Randolph the wrong way... but sends his kick the wrong side  of the post. A let-off for West Ham.

Our first shot of the day as Benik Afobe heads wide from Marc Pugh's left-wing cross. It was a pretty feeble header.

    Everton 0-0 West Brom

Romelu Lukaku picks the ball up 50 yards from goal after a sloppy Baggies touch and goes on a run but he eventually runs the ball out for a goal kick under pressure.

Hull - four points off safety - are playing some party football, stepovers and all. But Swansea's defence are keeping them out.
