Chelsea's final change sees Ruben Loftus-Cheek come on for Eden Hazard.

Oh, it should be 2-0. Chelsea break through Eden Hazard, who drives to the edge of the box before setting up Cesc Fabregas, who has all the time he needs to finish but dwells and sees his effort deflected wide. The corner comes to nothing.

Wolves go for broke with a double change. George Saville, who hit the post in the first half, and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson make way for Romain Saiss and Connor Ronan.

That effort is Willian's last in the game as he is sacrificed for the defensive minded N'Golo Kante. Time to shut up shop.

Fabregas continues to pull the strings. He releases Willian with a long ball forward but the Brazilian lacks the pace to get away from his marker to make clean contact with his shot in the box. There are half-hearted calls for a penalty as Willian tumbles but there's rightly nothing doing.

Frustration for Wolves as Helder Costa is penalised for holding on Pedro after he thought he was away down the right. Things are not going their way.

Chelsea are now full of confidence and authority. They are dominating possession in the Wolves half with Bodvarsson becoming increasingly isolated in Blues territory.

A brilliant goal.

Seconds before, Pedro was being asked about his defensive work. He has got himself into a position where we know he can operate and finish.

The ball went wide and the Spaniard must have caught 50 or 60 yards up to head home.

He was making up ground, wanting to get into the box and Wolves were a little bare at the back. That is the first time they have been caught in that fashion and been punished.

I though that was the moment. Danny Batth has done well so far but Diego Costa lost him this time.

I expected him to at least hit the target there.

Huge chance for Diego Costa! He is found in the box with just one man to beat. He turns one way, then the other to buy himself a yard but fires his angled shot into the side-netting. He is better than that. No wonder Antonio Conte puts his head in his hands.

Wolves win a free-kick in the Chelsea half, which they swing to the back post for Danny Batth to meet with a header that is straight at Asmir Begovic. 

Diego Costa twists and turns in the box looking for an opening but the presence of his marker is enough to force him to loose control of the ball and Wolves to clear.
