That's another decent attack from Bournemouth as Adam Smith barges his way through. He finds Joshua King, who doesn't have enough space to shoot. Down the left comes Marc Pugh to pick up King's pass, but Swansea have enough time to throw some bodies forward and block his effort.

Why not? It's their fifth shot of the game and Bournemouth have scored one, so just keep shooting!

  4. CLOSE!published at 53 mins

Ooh! Not the prettiest bit of football you'll ever see as Swansea captain Jack Cork gives the ball away in midfield. Joshua King knocks it into the path of Dan Gosling, who shoots, and Lukasz Fabianski goes sprawling to his left to parry the ball away from the net.

Nice bit of pressure from the Cherries, trying to find Ryan Fraser who is lurking down the right. In comes Alfie Mawson though, blocking the ball out. Bournemouth work the ball back down the pitch and Federicio Fernandez, looking to intercept, knocks the ball out for a throw, under pressure from Benik Afobe.

Benik Afobe gives away a free-kick to Swansea. Gylfi Sigurdsson lines it up from the right and swirls the ball in towards Federico Fernandez. Fernandez is in a nice position but somehow can't get a touch onto it.

Bournemouth's first-half goal has been given as an Alfie Mawson own goal, courtesy of his shin. Still, it's been pretty even stuff so far, even if Swansea's defence has looked a touch fragile when things have got a little frantic.

In terms of chances, and the way things have gone, Bournemouth have opened Swansea up a little more. There was a nice little build-up to what became a lucky goal.

I would say, without being too biased, Bournemouth have been the better side of the two.

I would think Howe might see some defensive changes to tighten things up.

A natty bit of footwork from Leroy Fer starts off a Swansea move from the right across to the left. The ball ends up in Tom Carroll's path, he lashes in a cross, but it's far too wide to trouble any of the bodies in the box.

The keeper didn't really need to move there. Not enough pace at all on that.

Swansea are struggling to get up the pitch. Jack Cork is working overtime, nicely intercepting Ryan Fraser's run and hoofing the ball back up the pitch to safety.

  19. CLOSE!published at 36 mins

Ooft! Gylfi Sigurdsson has had enough and lets fly. It's a lovely strike, curling in all the way, and Artur Boruc does well to get a hand to it and slap it behind.

Ooft. Swansea advance, Artur Boruc comes forward to collect the ball, and ends up clattering into Steve Cook. That could have been messy for the Cherries, especially as Fernando Llorente was lurking in the box.
