This one is a steal. It is a deflection that's helped their cause.

If you don't shoot, you don't score. I say it all the time and Benik Afobe, who has had probably the worst 30 minutes of his season, has now taken the Cherries a goal ahead.

A fairly scrappy affair, that. Joshua King started the move, the ball ended up in Benik Afobe's path. His shot was scuffed slightly, his body turning in the wrong direction, and Alfie Mawson's shin helped the ball along the way. There was nothing Lukasz Fabianski could do about that.

Bournemouth keep finding themselves in some very nice positions and then wasting it. Benik Afobe is at fault this time. He finds himself in space down the left, but his touch is weak and he ends up tripping over his own feet and landing face first on the turf.

Here's Joshua King, heading in the right direction this time. He gets to the edge of the box, sees Ryan Fraser on his right, and that's a rubbish pass. No pace on it and Swansea intercept. Bournemouth keep coming though, Fraser and Simon Francis tearing down the right, and Swansea have to scramble to clear.

That was a heart-stopper. I thought King's head there was going to guide it into the net then.

Stephen Kingsley ends up limping as he wins Swansea a free-kick. Gylfi Sigurdsson swings it in, it's Bournemouth's Joshua King who gets a head on it and nearly ends up knocking it into his own net! He looks suitably bashful - that wasn't far off sneaking in and causing King some real blushes.

The Cherries play steal the ball for a bit before Andrew Surman, back on the halfway line, sees Marc Pugh's smart run down the left. Surman crosses, but there's a bit too much work for Pugh to do to reach it.

Swansea's crosses into the box have been excellent so far, plenty of power behind them. Their defence has sharpened up too since the opening moments, although Leroy Fer gives the ball away to Andrew Surman. He turns, unable to find a way through, and Charlie Daniels eventually lashes the ball across the box and out for a goal kick.

Ooh. Artur Boruc lines up a goal kick and smashes it out of play. Ironic cheers all round.

Personally, I think he must score there.

It's a perfect cross! All he has to do is get half a head on it and it's in the goal.

  13. CLOSE!published at 15 mins

Now Bournemouth come close! Benik Afobe gets himself into a nice position to head in Ryan Fraser's cross at the far post. Leroy Fer sees him and advances on him, just enough to put Afobe off balance.

Swansea win a throw that comes flying in to Gylfi Sigurdsson. Bournemouth's defence get themselves into a bit of a tangle but Sigurdsson is shooting awkwardly on the volley and he lashes it over the bar.

Andrew Surman wins the ball, and then loses it seconds later. A nice little one-two between Gylfi Sigurdson and Ki Sung-yeung wins Swansea a throw, but it comes to nothing. There's plenty of back and forth on the edge of the Swansea box, before the ball gets hoofed up to Alfie Mawson on the halfway line.

Back up the other end almost straight away as Ryan Fraser barges through Swansea's defence and slides the ball across the goal and out of play.

A pacy ball in from Sigurdssson. Perfect if his man could get a full head on it but he was chasing it all the way.

Lovely strike from Gylfi Sigurdsson, swinging the ball in, and Alfie Mawson hares forward. He can't get enough of a touch on it, though.

Simon Francis makes a bit of a meal of a pass inside Swansea's area. Gylfi Sigurdsson comes charging forward and intercepts it, but his control is off and the ball ends up rolling tamely out of play. On the sidelines, Eddie Howe furiously scribbles into his little notebook. That's a free-kick to Swansea too as Joshua King sends Ki Sung-yeung tumbling.

Ooft, that'll sting. Dan Gosling barges his way through before passing to Adam Smith on the right. Smith swings the ball in, and ends up catching Gylfi Sigurdsson full in the face. He's OK, if a bit sore.
