It must have been difficult to leave out a player who has been as outstanding as Graeme Shinnie, but because of the style of the win over Motherwell and Ryan Christie doing so well, Derek McInnes sticks with the same team

  9. TNS look to make more historypublished at 12:51 Greenwich Mean Time 19 February 2017

St Mirren v The New Saints (16:10)

Don't forget that you can watch the second Irn Bru Cup semi-final live on BBC Alba this afternoon.

Yesterday, Dundee United ultimately squeezed through 3-2 against Queen of the South despite being three goals ahead at the break.

At 16:10, St Mirren will be looking to put their poor Championship form behind them as they host The New Saints.

It is the first season that teams from outside Scotland - from Northern Ireland and Wales - have taken part in the Challenge Cup, traditionally for teams below the top-flight, and the Welsh Premier League champions have made impressive progress so far and should provide a major threat in Paisley.

    Kilmarnock v Aberdeen (13:00)

Kilmarnock caretaker manager Lee McCulloch on BBC Radio Scotland: "It has been a strange week. The last three or four days have been long days since Lee Clark left.

"We have had the task of getting the team prepared for a very hard task today.

"We are a counter-attacking team and it will be about stopping the supply to the most dangerous part of the Aberdeen team.

"We don't have a good record against them, so there is no better day to change that.

"Training has gone really well and there is a great group of boys there.

"It was always going to be the team we were going to put out. The only change we have made is a slight tweak to the formation."
