    Sheff Wed 0-1 Reading

Four minutes of added time will be played at Hillsborough. Sheffield Wednesday are desperate for a goal!

  2. Postpublished at 21:33 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

We're into the final 15 minutes at Ashton Gate.

Bristol City have thrown away plenty of leads this season - they were 2-0 up at home to Reading and lost, 3-0 ahead at Derby but drew - so it's still difficult to say this game is anything other than well and truly alive.

They'll be pleased to see Philip Billing's latest long-range shot fly over the bar, though.

  3. GREAT SAVES!published at 21:30 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Reading

Reading keeper Ali Al Habsi is staking a huge claim for Man of the Match.

He performs heroics once again, this time to deny winger Will Buckley from a tight angle.

Moments later he denies Buckley once more and Jordan Rhodes can't tuck in the rebound for Wednesday.

What this?! Another save! Glenn Loovens denied this time. Then Buckley denied again. Al Habsi is Reading's hero!

Plenty of physicality about the game at Hillsborough now. Reading are content to just defend this lead now. Everyone is getting stuck in.

We've got around 10 minutes remaining plus stoppage time in this one.

  5. Postpublished at 21:24 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

Goodness me, chances at both ends!

First Huddersfield fire in a couple of low crosses which Bristol City scramble desperately clear, with Joe Lolley coming closest to squeezing a shot through on goal, before Lee Tomlin then fires an effort wide as the hosts break.

Ross Jones: Whoever loses out of Reading and Sheffield Wednesday tonight won't make the play-offs.

Greg Double: We're boring, we lack incision, our goal difference is awful and we're in the playoffs. We're probably going up #ReadingFC

Stephen Noakes: Considering our away record against the top half, I'm a terrified Reading fan.

Reading are moving into fourth spot and six-points clear of seventh-placed Fulham if results stay as they are...

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

Bristol City fans, for now, can breathe a sigh of relief. Tammy Abraham's back on and fit to continue.

I can't make out whether this is Callum O'Dowda celebrating his earlier goal or Abraham's return to the field...

Now, this isn't looking too good for Bristol City and Tammy Abraham.

The Chelsea loanee has fallen awkwardly after an aerial challenge and has stayed on the deck. The physio is on and attending to the Robins goalscorer. A muscle pull or cramp?

The home fans, chanting the striker's name, will desperately hope it's the latter.

  12. CLOSE!published at 21:14 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Reading

Reading keeper Ali Al Habsi is there to save a Jordan Rhodes header again.

Moments later, at the other end, John Swift fires narrowly wide for the visitors.

    Not a bad game, this.

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

Frank Fielding hasn't been called into action too many times in the Bristol City goal tonight - but he has to be alert to law two gloves on that sighter from Philip Billing.

It's been scrappy since the break.

Jaap Stam's side have been penalised for time wasting. Jordan Obita is the man who goes into the referee's book for taking his time over a throw.

  15. YELLOW CARDpublished at 21:08 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

I'm pleased to report that Huddersfield midfielder Jonathan Hogg, stretchered off after a 14-minute stoppage during the opening period, is conscious and talking according to sources at Ashton Gate. Let's hope he makes a speedy recovery.

Philip Billing, who came on for Hogg, has also just been booked for a poor challenge on City left-back Joe Bryan.

  16. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:07 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Sheff Wed 0-1 Reading

Reading now make a change of their own, as Roy Beerens goes off and Lewis Grabban comes on.

Less than half an hour remains at Hillsborough.

  17. Postpublished at 21:06 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

    Bristol City 2-0 Huddersfield

Oh my, it should be 3-0. Danny Ward has just kept Huddersfield in this game, no doubt.

Tammy Abraham's cross finds Callum O'Dowda in space and with the goal at his mercy, but the Republic of Ireland winger's downward header into the turf is tipped onto the crossbar by the goalkeeper.

    Super save.

  20. Postpublished at 20:59 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2017

Jordan Rhodes flicks a header wide from a dangerous Barry Bannan set-piece delivery.

The hosts are having a good spell. They just need a goal.
