  1. CLOSE!published at 14 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

The free-kick was central and Lanzini's 30-yard strike is well hit and dipping, but not dipping enough and it zooms just over the bar.

  2. Postpublished at 13 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

A free-kick to West Ham in a dangerous position 30 yards out after Jordan Ayew clatters into Manuel Lanzini, who may well take it.

  3. Postpublished at 11 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

It is a lively start from Michail Antonio, only an excellent sliding challenge from last man Federico Fernandez denies Antonio a one-on-one chance with Lukasz Fabianski. It could be a busy afternoon for the Swansea centre-halves.

A bright opening 10 minutes from the hosts.

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

Michail Antonio tries to burst through the middle but a combination of Alfie Mawson and Federico Fernandez just about hold him off and stop the home player releasing a shot.

  5. Postpublished at 7 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

West Ham are seeing a fair bit of the ball, but Swansea are happy to sit back and defend deep.

Michail Antonio has a half chance 25 yards out, but with eight Swansea players between him and the goal, the shot is blocked.

  6. Postpublished at 5 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

Mark Noble has a chance to loft the ball into the Swansea penalty area with a free-kick near the halfway line, but Swansea, who have conceded more goals than anyone else in the Premier League comfortably clear the danger. Nothing for either goalkeeper to do so far.

  8. 'Hull or Swansea will get relegated'published at 15:03 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

    Garth Crooks
Former Spurs striker on Final Score

Is the third relegation spot between Hull and Swansea? Garth is saying yes:

"I would say that. I've relegated Sunderland. Middlesbrough don't have the goals to pull them out of this situation so they're doomed. The third place is between Hull and Swansea. Crystal Palace have too much quality."

    West Ham 0-0 Swansea

Early indications are that the versatile Michail Antonio will play as the lone front man for West Ham, with Andre Ayew in an attacking midfield role.

For Swansea, how fit is goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski? He struggled with injury during the 3-1 loss against Tottenham in midweek.

  17. 'A huge game for Slaven Bilic'published at 14:48 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

West Ham v Swansea (15:00 BST)

    Mark Lawrenson
    Former Liverpool defender

Swansea have been playing well but have only one point to show for it from their past four games. They definitely played well enough to get something out of their game with Tottenham, but ended up being beaten 3-1.

This is not a good time to hit the buffers, as West Ham know well. They are on an even worse run of form, with five straight defeats.

The Hammers were rolled over by Arsenal last time out but this is a chance to get some breathing space over the bottom three, and leave Swansea in big trouble. This is a huge game for Slaven Bilic and his side, and I think they will win it.

    Lawro's prediction:  2-1

Amy Macdonald's prediction:  Both teams are struggling but the Hammers have home advantage and I think that means they will win. 2-1

As always, our expert Mark Lawrenson has predicted the results of the weekend's games.

This week, he thinks Liverpool will drop points at Stoke, is backing Tottenham, Manchester City, West Brom and West Ham to pick up home wins, with Burnley and Chelsea to have some success on the road.

This week's challenger to Lawro is singer Amy Macdonald.

  19. Swansea in a scrap - Olssonpublished at 14:44 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

    Martin OlssonImage source, PA

We've just heard from Slaven Bilic, and Swansea defender Martin Olsson says his team are in a "scrap" as they bid to escape relegation from the Premier League

Swansea slipped back into the relegation zone after Spurs' late comeback  earned a 3-1 win  on Wednesday.

But Olsson, 28, says Swansea can take points from West Ham.

"It's going to be a tough game but I'm confident we can go there and get something," Olsson said. "When you're in a scrap like this you've got to work hard and maybe sometimes it's not pretty football."

  20. Hammers must stick together - Bilicpublished at 14:42 British Summer Time 8 April 2017

West Ham v Swansea (15:00 BST)

Slaven Bilic is a man under pressure with his club in a woeful run. The Hammers boss says his squad must stick together if they are to beat Swansea and avoid being dragged into a relegation battle.

The Hammers have lost their last five league games and are now just five points clear of the drop zone.
