    As if going to Manchester City and getting a result was not hard enough, Hull have shot themselves in the foot here, a dreadful goal to concede.

    Jesus Navas for once does not hit the first defender with his cross, it bounces through the penalty area but there's still no need for Ahmed Elmohamady to steer a low shot past his own keeper from six yards out...

    Lovely stuff! Football is a simple game when it's done right and when Dusan Tadic sets the ball back to Jordy Clasie on the edge of the area the Dutchman just lashes it into the top corner, outside of the foot. Fantastic hit.

    I have spent 15 minutes trying to work out the Manchester City formation.

    The best I can come up with is 2-3-1-3-1 as Fabian Delph is playing as deep as the full-backs but not quite as deep as the central defenders.

    Yaya Toure is in front of them, with Sergio Aguero ahead of everyone.

    Manchester City have 10 passes inside their own penalty area, that must be some sort of record, as they take a patient build-up to new levels. Eventually they find Raheem Sterling on the right flank but he runs into trouble.

    Pull the trigger! Saido Berahino with a sight of goal, but he prefers to take a touch. Still no Stoke goal for the former West Brom man. A confident Berahino takes a lash at that. Good game, this, end to end. Good noise, too.
