Yep, a poor game so far really. Arsenal are hounding Spurs as soon as they get the ball in defence, and it's working. Spurs can't get anything building.

Spurs and Arsenal still fighting to exert authority here - plenty of pace and endeavour but not much high quality.

This is Arsene Wenger's 50th north London derby, and he's only lost seven. A very tidy record. Or living in the past? 

Arsenal are seeing more of it but Aaron Ramsey is caught offside. 

Andy White: Ten minutes in and gulf in class of both teams to Chelsea is abundantly clear. 

Toby Alderweireld looks for his 65-yard diagonal bomb to Dele Alli but everyone's wise to that now and Alli is shut out.

At the other end Hugo Lloris makes a hash of dealing with a backpass and triggers a wave of Gunners pressure, Lloris comes to take the ball from Kieran Gibbs' toes and gets his challenge spot on.

No room for error.

It's quite a frantic start to the game. Tottenham do seem to be switching between three and four at the back.

And when Spurs lose the ball, Eric Dier goes looking for Alexis Sanchez immediately. He's his man. So if say Kieran Trippier gets caught up the pitch, it's his responsibility to fill in.  

How do you feel about playing at Wembley next season, Spurs fans? It won't be the same will it. Great atmosphere inside the old/current WHL for now as the hosts dominate possession. 

Dave Denning: Good to see that Sanchez has recovered from his injury against Leicester and is fit enough to play!

Have Spurs just changed to a back three? Eric Dier seems to have dropped back into a deeper position...

It'll be interesting to see if it's a short-term fix or if they stay like that until the end of the half. Alexis Sanchez had already been looking to get in behind the full-backs. 

Christian Eriksen, playing a touch deeper in this switch without Mousa Dembele, sees his corner headed away by Gabriel, and his second ball in is headed over by Toby Alderweireld.

Maybe it is a back three from Spurs after all, it looks like it now.

There are more important issues, of course. Spurs win a corner.

Bob: Forget this talk of the title race, a win today guarantees Spurs a second consecutive top four finish. Given the cost and average age of our squad compared to the other top seven teams that is impressive.

It is a back four for Spurs, with Eric Dier in midfield. Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes.

Good start from Tottenham. Arsenal gave the ball away. Once Harry Kane gets anywhere near the penalty box he wants to shoot.

That's how you start! Dele Alli finds Harry Kane, inside the area and he hits a low shot which Petr Cech has to save. He always gets a shot off.

Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, speaking to Sky Sports: "A good win. Everton are a strong team and they prepared the game well, so we must be pleased. We had a lot of patience for the right moment to hit, and we deserved the win. 

"In this type of game it's easy to lose your head, lose your balance. For this reason at half-time I told them to be calm and to stay in the game. We scored an amazing goal with Pedro, then the second and third, but it was not so easy. This gives us lots of confidence. Now it is important to prepare the final rush. If in the next game against Middlesbrough you don't win you lose this victory. We must look step by step."

Away we go!

The consensus seems to be that Spurs have gone to a back four today after months of three at the back, just as Arsenal go the other way.

We shall see.
