Alexis Sanchez's cross balloons up into the area, it's half headed away to Nacho Monreal, whose low shot takes a whacking great deflection off of Robert Huth and skids into the far corner!

Wilfred Ndidi goes off his feet to make a lunging tackle, but it's one he makes well to deny Alexis Sanchez. Arsenal are seeing nearly all of the ball now but again, there's not much in the way of goalmouth action.

This looks nasty, very nasty for Mamadou Sakho. Sam Allardyce is shaking his head as the big man needs medical treatment.

It was a nasty twist of the knee. One of those where the studs are planted in the turf and the weight of the player wrenches it around. Not pretty at all. He's been superb since joining.

Kieran Gibbs is the man replaced by Danny Welbeck so some tactical tinkering coming up. The night the back three was ditched by the north London duo. 

Unquestionably the loudest cheer of the night as referee Mike Dean is slide tackled by Didier Ndong. Everyone loves that.

Alexis pulls back the trigger and curls an effort in on goal from 20 yards but it's an easy save for Kasper Schmeichel. Danny Welbeck is about to come on.
