It might be the play-offs but I’m not expecting a lot of goals tonight.

Both teams conceded just 43 goals in their 46 league games, giving them the joint second tightest defences in the league, and the two regular season meetings between the sides both ended 2-1 to the hosts.

The Bantams will certainly go into the game confident of avoiding defeat. Not including the play-offs, their last home defeat in the league was way back in March 2016.

In contrast to Bradford, who played on this stage last season, losing to Millwall, this is unchartered territory for the Cod Army.

Uwe Rosler guided the Lancashire side to their highest-ever league finish by finishing fourth in the third tier.

The players are heading out of the dressing rooms, all knowing they are possibly just 180 minutes from Wembley.

The 2016-17 EFL play-offs are about the begin!

A play-off bid from Fleetwood had seemed unlikely when their former boss Steven Pressley resigned just 11 days before the start of the season.

But, under Uwe Rosler, they have marched into promotion contention with an impressive 14 home wins and the joint-second best defensive record in the division, along with Bradford.

The Cod Army's second half of the campaign has been particularly strong, as they have lost just three league games since 12 November.

They went into the final game of the regular season with slight hope of a top-two finish, but Bolton's win over Peterborough - as well as Fleetwood's draw at home to Port Vale - left Rosler's side fourth.

The foundations of Bradford's season have been a formidable home record and a resilient defence, as they built on a solid start.

Unbeaten in the league until 15 October, the Bantams laid the foundations for a successful campaign early on.

Since Stuart McCall's return as manager in June, Bradford are yet to lose a home league game, winning 11 and drawing 12 of their 23 League One matches at Valley Parade this term.

And four wins - with four clean sheets - in the final six games helped them cement fifth spot.

  8. Decisions, decisions...published at 19:39 British Summer Time 4 May 2017

    Millwall v Scunthorpe (19:45 BST)

Having played for both Millwall and Scunthorpe, Gillingham midfielder Josh Wright could be forgiven for not knowing who to support.

But, judging by the name of his dogs, he still has a foot very much in both camps so everyone's a winner.

Scunthorpe started the season on fire - losing just two of their opening 20 matches to build a four-point lead at the top over nearest rivals Bolton.

As it happens, things were all going rather swimmingly for Graham Alexander's side until a dreadful nine-game losing run, including six defeats, which threatened to derail their campaign.

It cost the Iron automatic promotion but to their credit, helped by the goals of Josh Morris, they finished the regular season with three straight victories to finish third.

That is the fist pump of a boss who got his side into the play-offs through the back door.

Millwall had a shaky start to the campaign, gaining just 12 points from their first 11 games to leave them languishing in 19th at the start of October.

There's no doubting that their 16-game unbeaten run, stretching from before Christmas to mid-March, is the principal reason why Neil Harris' side have scraped into the top-seven.

In fact, with five minutes left in their final regular-season game they were set to miss out on the play-offs, until Shaun Hutchinson headed an 85th-minute winner at Bristol Rovers to sneak the Lions in at the expense of Southend.

    Bradford v Fleetwood (19:45 BST)

Both meetings between these clubs this term resulted in 2-1 wins for the home side on the day.

A second-half Billy Clarke penalty for Stuart McCall's Bradford settled September's game at Valley Parade.

And a late Nicky Law own goal gave Uwe Rosler's Fleetwood all three points in February's reverse fixture.

If history repeats itself in the play-offs, we're heading for penalties at the end of the second leg.

We all make our predictions before the start of each season, but most of us have normally forgotten them by the time April or May comes around.

There's no hiding place with the play-offs though, as they'll all be over in three-and-a-half weeks - so we want you to lay your cards on the table.

Name us your Championship, League One and League Two play-off winners using #bbcefl and hopefully we can get a debate going.

Bonus points for anyone who gets it right in League Two, as there are still nine teams who could be lifting that trophy at Wembley later this month!

    Millwall v Scunthorpe (19:45 BST)

Home advantage has been key when these sides have met this season.

The Iron prevailed 3-0 at Glanford Park just before Christmas, with Paddy Madden scoring twice to put Graham Alexander's side three points clear at the top and leave Millwall down in 14th place.

A lot had changed by the time they played at The Den on April Fool's Day, when the Lions beat Scunthorpe 3-1 to move just four points behind them.

    Bradford v Fleetwood (19:45 BST)

    Billy ClarkeImage source, Rex Features

Hosts Bradford make nine changes from Sunday's draw at Rochdale - where they rested players - but just one change from the previous game, as Billy Clarke replaces Alex Jones, who picked up at knock on Sunday.

Visitors Fleetwood change three, with Nathan Pond in for Cian Bolger (knee), Markus Schwabl in for George Glendon and Devante Cole in for Ashley Hunter.

Bradford: Doyle, Meredith, Law, Vincelot (c), Marshall, Wyke, Clarke, Cullen, Knight-Percival, McArdle, McMahon.

Subs: Sattelmaier, Darby, Dieng, Hiwula, Penney, Gillead, Kilgallon.

Fleetwood: Cairns; McLaughlin, Eastham, Pond (c), Davies, Bell; Schwabl, Dempsey, Grant; Ball, Cole.

Subs: Neal, Brannagan, Burns, Davis, Nirennold, Glendon, Hunter.

It's just the one change for Millwall, and an expected one, as Jed Wallace - who missed their dramatic win at Bristol Rovers through illness - returns at the expense of David Worrall on the right of midfield.

Skipper Stephen Dawson is back in the side for Scunthorpe, who make three changes from their win over Coventry on Sunday - he comes in for Duane Holmes, with Jamie Ness and Ivan Toney replacing Sam Mantom and Kevin van Veen in the side.

Millwall: Archer, Cummings, Hutchinson, Craig (c), Williams, Gregory, Wallace, Webster, Ferguson, Morison, Abdou.

Subs: Worrall, Thompson, Onyedinma, Romeo, O'Brien, Cooper, King.

Scunthorpe: Anyon, Wallace, Mirfin, Dawson (c), Madden, Morris, Bishop, Townsend, Toney, Ness, Clarke.

Subs: Watson, van Veen, Toffolo, Mantom, Holmes, Davies, Sutton.

Both first legs of the League One play-off semi-finals are tonight.

Bradford, who finished fifth, host fourth-placed Fleetwood.

And sixth-placed Millwall are at home to Scunthorpe.

Both games get under way at 19:45 BST and all the build-up to the action is coming up next.

Over the course of this month you'll hear people talk about 'the lottery' of the play-offs, along with the heartache and pure joy that comes with them.

A combined 12 teams across the English Football League will battle it out for three coveted promotion spots, and it all starts tonight.

Sorry Millwall fans, but it was Barnsley celebrating at Wembley in last season's League One play-off final - but is this the year the Lions come roaring back to the Championship?

I can think of three teams who may have something to say about that...
