Hartlepool 0-0 Doncaster
We are under way at Hartlepool and the other 11 games in League Two.
As you can tell by the banner above the players warming up, it's a big day for the north east club.
Matters on the pitch might be deadly serious for some this evening, but that's not stopping the fans from having fun regardless of how nervy they might be feeling.
Hartlepool has been invaded by gnomes from Doncaster, while supporters of Pools and title-hopefuls Portsmouth have also gone to some lengths to sport their sides' colours.
Newport v Notts County (17:30 BST)
Should Newport win against Notts County then Hartlepool's 96-year stay in the Football League will be coming to an end.
Another incredibly impressive run will be coming to a conclusion at Rodney Parade where BBC Radio Nottingham reporter Colin Slater will be commentating on the Magpies for the final time.
Slater has been behind the mic at Notts County games for an astounding 49 years.
The 83-year-old has covered more than 2,500 games having commentated on his first games in August 1968. He will continue to be the station's Magpies correspondent.
Good luck today Colin and congratulations on a fantastic career.

Wycombe v Cambridge (17:30 BST)
Phil Shepka
BBC Sport at Adams Park
There's a distinct feeling of an end of season party among the Cambridge United fans at Adams Park, with a veritable feast of inflatables being chucked around in the away end.
But they know this is a match neither them, nor their opponents Wycombe can afford to draw. Only a win can give either side a hope of a play-off place.
If the scores are level with 10 minutes to go, this could easily turn into a match that wouldn't look out of place on a school field, as both throw caution high into the Buckinghamshire wind.
Grimsby v Plymouth (17:30 BST)
James Law
BBC Sport at Blundell Park
Despite being in mid-table obscurity Grimsby will undoubtedly want to end their season on a high - however, by taking points off Plymouth this afternoon they could hand the title to rivals Doncaster.
Almost 2,000 Pilgrims are expected to pack the Blundell Park away end as Argyle look to lift their first title in 13 years.
A win would do it for Derek Adams' side - officials from the EFL are here discussing how things could work post-match, with a possible trophy-lift in store.
Away from the battle for the title and the bid to avoid relegation there are seven teams still in with a chance of taking two of the four play-off places.
Carlisle and Blackpool currently occupy sixth and seventh spot respectively but if either of them slip up then Stevenage, Cambridge, Colchester, Wycombe and Mansfield could yet see their season extended by at least two games. Luton and Exeter City are guaranteed to be in the final shake-up.
Relegated Leyton Orient, whose final home game was temporarily abandoned before being completed after the fans had all left, say goodbye to life in the Football League with a trip to Blackpool.
Plymouth, Doncaster and Portsmouth will all be playing in League One next season.
The trio have spent much of the season at the top of the fourth tier and all three confirmed promotion last month.
Plymouth, who travel to Grimsby, are in the driving seat to win the title but, should they fail to win either Rovers or Pompey could take the crown.
Darren Ferguson's side, who were the first of the three to win promotion, are one point behind the Pilgrims and travel to relegation threatened Hartlepool while Pompey, two points behind Plymouth, host Cheltenham.
Hartlepool v Doncaster, Newport v Notts County (17:30 BST)
Two of Leyton Orient, Hartlepool and Newport County will start next season in the National League.
The two relegated teams will undoubtedly set their sights on an immediate return to the EFL, as managed in recent years by both Cheltenham Town and Bristol Rovers.
However, this season saw a team suffer successive relegations from League Two to regional football for the first time ever.
York City's relegation to National League North is a stark reminder of both the uncertainties outside the EFL and the quality of teams in the National League.
Newport v Notts County (17:30 BST)
Newport's situation looked dire when they were hammered 4-0 by fellow strugglers Leyton Orient on 4 March.
That defeat left the Exiles 11 points adrift of safety with just 12 matches to play.
However, having sacked Graham Westley and appointed Mike Flynn as caretaker the Rodney Parade side have won six of their last 11 games to lift themselves above the bottom two.
If they win today then a fourth consecutive season in the EFL is guaranteed.
Flynn said: "The game is crucial. The community is coming together, it is huge. Football deserves to be in Newport and losing our status would not be great.
"I think it can be the biggest party in Newport for a long time.
"Considering how many people had written us off. We've made people believe again and we've put smiles on faces. We have surprised people.
Hartlepools United, as they were then known, joined the Football League in August 1921.
It's fair to say that the following years have brought their fair share of lows for the Teesside team. In the days before relegation to non-league Pools successfully applied for re-election to the League a record 14 times.
However, should they fail to beat Doncaster today there will be no reprieve and 96 years of history will come to an end.
Even a Hartlepool win will not be enough to see them retain their place amongst the 92 if Newport beat Notts County.
Good evening and welcome to live text coverage of the final day of the League Two season.
