Chelsea midfielder Cesc Fabregas on Sky Sports: "I thought it was going to be one of those days. We had so many chances in the first half and then we got a bit nervous.

"The beauty of football, a player who didn't play a lot scores the winning goal for the championship."

    These celebrations are unbelievable.

It is thoroughly deserved. They have been the best team this season.

The changes Conte has made to change their season around can't be underestimated.

When their backs have been against the wall tonight, they defended well. This game typified Chelsea's season. How many winners they have in their team makes them special.

Antonio Conte and staff are all down by the away fans, jumping up and down in glee. You rarely see a manager this happy. Quite right too.

The West Brom fans are also applauding loudly. Deserving champions.

This has typified Chelsea. They have been professional, performed well and when it mattered put in a big performance.

At times they have had to be resolute. Conte is a master tactician. He made one decision that changed their season and then again another tonight.

Michy Batshuayi hadn't scored in the Premier League since August. What a time to get one.

It will be three seasons in a row that a Belgian had scored the title-winning goal too if it stays like this...

A rather ugly end to the game now as a mass of stewards and police try and sort out the crowd displeasure. An enquiry on the way there I'm sure.

Anyway, we are back under way and Antonio Conte is furiously trying to re-organise his defence and see this home.
