Chelsea boss Antonio Conte says he is solely focused on clinching the Premier League title - and is not distracted by reports linking him to Inter Milan.

The Blues will be crowned champions in Conte's first season in charge if they win at West Brom.

But the former Juventus and Italy coach is a rumoured target for Serie A side Inter, who sacked manager Stefano Pioli on Tuesday after six months in charge.

"I have two years of my contract left with Chelsea," said Conte, 47.

Accept contract or we sell Barkley - Koeman

Everton midfielder Ross Barkley has until the end of the Premier League season next weekend to sign a new contract or he will be sold, says manager Ronald Koeman.

Koeman last month warned the England international, 23, that with a year left on his deal he could be sold.

Everton face Watford tonight before finishing their Premier League campaign at Arsenal on Sunday, 21 May.

"Either he accepts the contract or we sell the player," said Koeman.

"But if you need so much time then you have doubts - I like to work with players who like to stay."

Cockles Faulkner: Chelsea will win the title because Conte made 3 at the back work in the Prem. This freed Hazard and Pedro from defensive duties

The scheduling of games over the last six weeks or so of the season has been nothing short of baffling. See again tonight.

Why are Everton playing Watford tonight? It's not even on TV.

Well, it's because Chelsea are playing Watford on Monday night, you see.

Why are Chelsea playing Watford on Monday night?

Because they got to the FA Cup final.

Why does getting to the FA Cup final mean that all these games have to be moved?

    Pass.

With tickets for Chelsea supporters reportedly being sold for almost £1,800, external, it's clear that Blues supporters believe that this is the day.

Could their final away game be one last spoke in the wheels though?

On form (or lack of it), Albion have little to no chance, but they do have their own goal of a best ever Premier League points total to aim for - and a pretty good recent home record against Chelsea.

Then there's the threat Tony Pulis' team always poses from set-pieces.

So might Chelsea have to wait until the Watford game to pop the champagne corks?

    Probably not.

I've tried to make a case for Albion to win. Chelsea's doesn't need making.

West Brom v Chelsea (20:00 BST)

When the Premier League began 25 years ago, Chelsea had won the title once in their history and had just finished in 14th place in the top flight, below Wimbledon, Sheffield United, Sheffield Wednesday, QPR, Nottingham Forest and Aston Villa.

The 1990s were a journey for the Blues, redeveloping Stamford Bridge and importing flamboyant foreign managers and players.

Chelsea slowly moved from mid-table to the top six, before Claudio Ranieri guided them to (a distant) second to Arsenal's invincibles in 2004.
