    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

It sounded like Darron Gibson was booed on by his own fans there. Either that or they were unhappy that Jason Denayer was going off. He was clearly injured though.

  3. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 15:19 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

Gylfi Sigurdsson pings a 35-yard free-kick over the wall and into the gloves of Jordan Pickford. Fantastic start to the day for him and Swansea.

Fernando Llorente was really brave to score that header but it definitely goes down as a Jordan Pickford error. A rare one, mind.

Where will he be playing next term?

Jason Denayer is injured and comes off, on comes Darron Gibson.

    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

Swansea win a corner after a poor header from John O'Shea, it gives Gylfi Sigurdsson another chance to swing in a monstrous set-piece - this time the hosts defend it well.

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

A pretty open and eventful start at Dean Court. Both sides look threatening when on the ball.

It may not come as a great deal of a surprise to hear that there is not much happening at the Riverside...

    Sunderland 0-1 Swansea

A four-point lead with two to play (for Hull)?

    A relative chasm.

GOAL - Sunderland 0-1 Swanseapublished at 15:08 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Fernando Llorente (9 mins)

    BIG GOAL.

If you predicted that a Swansea goal would come from a Gylfi Sigurdsson set-piece, you've won the bingo.

A brilliant delivery from wide right, Jordan Pickford rather rashly comes to try and claim it and Fernando Llorente gets there first to float a header home.

A goal cheered in Swansea and cursed in Hull...

  9. CLOSE!published at 15:07 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Sunderland 0-0 Swansea

Swansea are being sucked deeper and deeper, the last 20 minutes could be tortuous for that travelling support if this start is anything to go by.

The ball is eventually recycled across the penalty area to Sunderland record signing Didier Ndong - and he batters a shot into the side-netting.

    Chance!

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

Southampton's first neat move of the day releases Ryan Bertrand down the left, the England man has men in the middle but his cross is poor and easily cleared.

  11. Postpublished at 15:04 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

Two sights of goal for Bournemouth as Kevin Long clears an excellent Josh King cross, and then Junior Stanislas has a 20-yarder well charged down.

A bright start to what could have been a dead game.

  12. Postpublished at 15:03 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Sunderland 0-0 Swansea

Sunderland, released from pressure by relegation, have started very confidently. Swansea look beset with nerves. As you'd expect.

  13. Postpublished at 15:02 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Southampton

A rare start for Patrick Bamford, and a rare chance for the former MK Dons man. He reads a flick-on and is in behind but he doesn't get a clean shot away, and it's blocked by debutant Martin Caceres.

  14. CLOSE!published at 15:01 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Bournemouth 0-0 Burnley

A very early chance for Burnley! A shot is miscued across the face of the penalty area and runs into the path of George Boyd, but the Clarets winger can only toe a shot wide from about 15 yards out.

    Decent opening.

Here come the players. The final Premier League game at the Stadium of Light after 10 years of top-flight football.

For one season at least. Will Swansea be joining their hosts in the Championship?

    Bournemouth v Burnley (15:00 BST)

It looks like the Bournemouth squad have all brought their own children in as mascots for the final home game of the season.

The Cherries could go into the top half with a win today. An excellent season.

You could perhaps be forgiven for giving this game a miss but plenty have made the trip from the south coast.

    It's an addiction.

  19. Good result for Arsenal?published at 14:46 British Summer Time 13 May 2017

    Stoke v Arsenal (17:30 BST)

That Manchester City win means that if Arsenal can win at Stoke in the late game -a  big if - they would be just a point outside of the top four. And put Liverpool under serious pressure.

One man who surely will be playing in the Premier League next season whatever happens to Swansea is Gylfi Sigurdsson.

No Premier League player has more assists in 2017 than he (7, level with Christian Eriksen).

The Icelander needs one more goal to become the first Swansea player in the Premier League to reach double figures for both goals (9) and assists (12) in the same season.
