  5. Good day for Atleticopublished at 19:58 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

In case you missed it earlier, Fernando Torres scored twice in Atletico Madrid's final game at the Vicente Calderon before they move this summer. They beat Athletic Bilbao 3-1.

And after the game, boss Diego Simeone confirmed he is staying at the club.

Fissuh Hailu: No chance Barca can get anything here. Deservedly Real Madrid to be champions. I also think they will win the Champions League.

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

Half-time on the final day of the season, and the Spanish league title is looking further away than ever for Barca.

They needed Malaga to beat Real Madrid if they were to have any hope of stealing the crown from Zinedine Zidane's side.

But that only comes in to play if they can beat the team in front of them. Eibar are proving they're no pushovers.

  8. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:46 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

So, 37.5 games into the La Liga season and Real Madrid are top. Only the 45 minutes from hell can keep them away from their first league title since 2012.

  9. HALF-TIMEpublished at 19:46 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

Barcelona are on the beach already. Messi's putting up the parasol.

  10. HUGE MISSpublished at 19:45 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

    What!??

Barcelona should be two goals down. Marc-Andre Ter Stegen parries a rasping low drive straight into the path of Ruben Pena, but the Eibar man cannot steer home into an empty net.

    An incredible miss.

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

Real Madrid are just taking the sting out of this game now, passing the ball around midfield. Malaga had been having their best spell of the game. But if you don't have the ball, you can't score (comedy own goals aside).

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

Great stuff from Eibar this. With less than five minutes to play until the break Barca are camped in their own half as the away side win a succession of corners.

Not the half Luis Enrique will have been dreaming of.

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

Maybe it's not all over yet, Jony crosses from the left and Keko outjumps a Barca defender to head the ball over. Malaga are pressing for an equaliser at the moment.

  14. Postpublished at 19:39 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

It's Sandro v Real Madrid here and the ex-Barcelona man has a curling shot from the corner of the box deflected out by one of his own players.

Moments earlier, he went close from a direct corner.

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

Andres Iniesta receives a quick free-kick played short with the whole Eibar defence in front of him. One lift towards the far stick and Lionel Messi is in space - will he take it down, spin and smash home?

This is not vintage Messi. Caught in two minds - between heading across goal and sneaking in at the near stick - he nods wide. He's really not at the races at all is he?

  16. Postpublished at 19:37 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

Real go close again as Toni Kroos shoots from outside the box and Carlos Kameni saves, but then spills it. Karim Benzema looks to turn the rebound home. But the Malaga keeper flies out to smother it.

  17. GREAT SAVE!published at 19:37 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

Luis Suarez denied again - a fantastic low tip round the post from Yoel Rodriguez to deny the Barca man, who has failed to score from three good chances now.

He did everything right with this last one - the save was simply superb.

  18. CHANCE!published at 19:35 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Barcelona 0-1 Eibar

A decent stop from Yoel Rodriguez to deny Ivan Rakitic's first-time volley after Sergio Roberto's cut-back from deep down the Eibar right wing.

The wind's gone out of these Barca sails a bit now though. The atmosphere's flat. It feels like they know they're playing for second.

  19. Postpublished at 19:35 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

It's almost aaalllllllllllll over in the title race as Cristiano Ronaldo has time and space to pick his spot but shoots at Carlos Kameni.

I don't think today is going to be Spain's 'Helicopter Sunday' - the thrilling finale to the 2005 Scottish season.

  20. Postpublished at 19:31 British Summer Time 21 May 2017

    Malaga 0-1 Real Madrid

Malaga's Ignacio Camacho bicycles the ball wide and Marcelo stands on his face by accident. No punishment.
