Falkirk host Dundee United in the second leg of the Premiership play-off semi-final tomorrow evening and the winner will discover on Saturday which top-flight club they will face in the final.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle or Hamilton Academical will be automatically relegated, with the other going into the play-off. Inverness play Motherwell on Saturday while Accies take on Dundee and Kilmarnock host Ross County.

And, on Sunday, the Premiership's top-half clubs complete their league campaigns with champions Celtic at home to Hearts, runners-up Aberdeen visiting Partick Thistle and St Johnstone hosting Rangers.
