    Germany 1-1 Denmark

The Danes are knocking on the door. Pernille Harder turns her marker in the area, but her low shot from a tight angle is dragged wide across the face of goal.

Can Denmark score again while they're on top? You have to make these spells count, don't you? Especially against the Germans.

How has that not gone in?! Denmark should be ahead! Katrine Veje has clipped the top of the bar from three yards out. It's a huge chance.

Nadia Nadim's great cross from the right was teasing, and Veje had space at the far post with the net unguarded. So close.

Germany's Dzsenifer Marozsan flicks the ball through to Linda Dallmann, who bursts in to the penalty area, but Stina Lykke Petersen gets out quickly to make an excellent save.

GOAL - Germany 1-1 Denmarkpublished at 49 mins

    Nadia Nadim

It's there! They're level! Germany were asleep. They thought play had stopped for a Denmark free-kick, but you have to play to the whistle! The referee played the advantage for the Danes and they took it alright!

Stine Larsen has acres of space to cross from the right and she finds Nadia Nadim at the far post, who nods in with a powerful, downward header.

That wasn't in Germany's script! Game on.

A quiet start in Deventer town centre as football fans wake up to remember that Germany and Denmark's re-arranged fixture has already kicked off.

These Germany fans haven't been caught out, though. Rather than watch their team, they're off to see England's quarter-final with France and are divided over who will triumph.

Can England win the tournament? "No," says Britta (second right). "It will be Germany or the Netherlands."

Not sure who those idiots are in the background!

    England v France (19:45 BST)

This isn't the only Women's Euros 2017 quarter-final taking place today. There are in fact two more coming up tonight, including a box-office clash involving England.

After Group C winners Austria face Spain (17:00 BST), the Lionesses are up against one of the pre-tournament favourites in Deventer from 19:45 BST.

England v France is surely the most eagerly anticipated match of the tournament so far. It's a huge game for Mark Sampson's side, after their three wins from three in Group D.

We'll have live text and radio commentary right here on the BBC Sport website.
