Manchester United, who are on six points, host Leicester at 17:30 BST and could move ahead.

Nathan Redmond has the best chance of the second-half. Shane Long picks him out with plenty of space in the box but Redmond tries to place the ball past Jonas Lossl and it's an easy save for the Huddersfield keeper.

Well, it's all gone a bit flat after that first-half.

Huddersfield still look the most likely to score but neither team have shown much class.

James Ward-Prowse gets a breakthrough for Southampton but he goes to ground in the box looking for a penalty and it's not given.

Mauricio Pellegrino has made his final substitution for Southampton.

Sam McQueen is on and Dusan Tadic is off.

Huddersfield continue to press and it almost pays off as they force a mistake from the Saints' centre-back.

Jack Stephens is not happy with teammate Maya Yoshida after the defender spends too long on the ball and Stephens has to hastily kick the ball into the stands.

Shane Long's first involvement of the game is to foul Christopher Schindler.

The Southampton substitute almost escaped then. Will he be the man to turn things around for the visitors?

He's now been pushed further forward as Manolo Gabbiadini makes way for James Ward-Prowse. Mauricio Pellegrino is changing things up a bit here.

Huddersfield deal with those corners with ease and look to break away on the counter-attack but again, it comes to nothing.

Both teams need a goalscorer to step up.

Manolo Gabbiadini has barely been involved but he's managed to win a corner for Southampton. It's their first one of the second-half...

And they immediately win another.

Mauricio Pellegrino has already seen David Wagner make two changes and now he's hoping Shane Long will make an impact for Southampton.

They need inspiration from somewhere as this second-hand needs spicing up a little!

Huddersfield have been dominant, but so far unable to beat Fraser Forster in the Southampton goal.

Last season, in the Championship, if they had played this well - and created this many chances - they would surely be in front already. But this is the Premier League and David Wagner will know that his team has to do even better now in the second half, if they are to make it three straight wins in the top flight.

Southampton are still struggling to find their rhythm.

Steven Davis loses possession in midfield after some neat tracking back from Tom Ince.

Huddersfield then lose the ball themselves and Manolo Gabbiadini, who has barely been involved in this game, has the first shot on goal of the half for the Saints but it's easily saved by Jonas Lossl.
