Fully deserved, Real Madrid have been excellent over two legs.

Lionel Messi drops a ball over the top to Luis Suarez, who can't reach it and appears to be limping. That doesn't bode well for Barca.

Gerard Deulofeu wins a corner for Barcelona, but it's wasted.

I'm certainly not going to suggest Barca will be in any way content. But I thought this was going to be a lot worse for them at the break. Real have eased off quite a lot.

Real bring on another young summer signing, Dani Ceballos taking the place of Toni Kroos.

Barca make a change at left-back, Lucas Digne replaces Jordi Alba.

It's not El Clasico without a bit of needle. Luis Suarez, who is offside anyway, goes down under contact from keeper Keylor Navas and has a good old moan to anyone who will listen. He is limping now. Not like Barca are short of world-class forwards at the moment...

Job done. Off comes goalscorer Marco Asensio. Teenage defender Theo Hernandez, a summer signing from Madrid rivals Atletico, comes on.

Ivan Rakitic has a shot blocked for Barcelona. Then Nelson Semedo does something similar. Lionel Messi curls a shot high and wide now.

Off comes Andre Gomes for Barcelona, former Everton reserve Gerard Deulofeu taking his place.

More chances for Barcelona, Sergi Roberto hits a weak shot - saved - Lionel Messi smashes an effort from 20 yards - parried - and then Luis Suarez stoops to head it off the post.

No real pattern to this game now. Real Madrid aren't dominating, because they know the game is won. Barca have been better but they're hardly pushing all out for a goal either.
