Tom Ince is convinced he should have had a penalty here, running onto a brilliant long clearance right down the middle of the pitch from Jonas Lossl, Martin Olsson was chasing back and there was slight contact between the players but referee Paul Tierney was unmoved.

What I don't get is why Ince didn't just carry on and try and score the goal because he was clean through rather than waiting for or hoping for that contact to try and win the penalty.

Huddersfield go route one and Jonas Lossl punts the ball up the pitch to Tom Ince who runs onto it in the penalty area.

He goes down under pressure from Martin Olsson, huge calls for a penalty but nothing given.

Looked to have been outside the penalty area anyway.

Huddersfield keeper Jonas Lossl looked like he was seeing stars at the start of this game after being clattered by Leroy Fer's ungainly challenge, soon after he hit a couple of poorly placed passes to put his team in trouble but then pulled off a wonderful save to deny Tammy Abraham.

A much better start to this game by Swansea than the last time I saw them at home against Watford when they were really poor.

Boos from the home fans as Huddersfield play on despite Kyle Naughton being down in the middle of the pitch.

The Terriers win a corner and Naughton limps back to defend.

The delivery from Rajiv van La Parra is too high and evades all his team-mates.

Rajiv van La Parra with a bad foul on Kyle Naughton to concede another free-kick.

Tom Carroll needs to improve his delivery, it's deeper and better but Jonas Lossl collects at the back post.

Some great play by the home team.

Leroy Fer lobs the ball down the left wing for the overlapping Martin Olsson, who fires in a cross first time but it is cleared for another Swansea corner.

Tom Carroll's corner then fails to cause any danger.

A ball over the top by Tom Carroll is collected by Tammy Abraham who fizzes an effort at goal which is well saved by Jonas Lossl.

From the corner, the ball is loose in the area and Jordan Ayew has an effort from close range but it is deflected out.

    Great start by the Swans.

    Wondering where Aaron Mooy is?

The Australian is on the bench after his World Cup efforts earlier this week, part of the team that beat Syria in the play-offs.

I can imagine he is a bit jet-lagged from the flight back.
