Well, West Brom pushed everyone forward and it meant there was acres of space for Stoke to counter-attack.

Ramadan made the most of it and that goal means he is now the youngest ever goal-scorer for Stoke in the Premier League.

Fine achievement.

It's all over now too.

I don't even know what just happened.

From a corner kick, Evans' header bounces back off the chest of Jack Butland, into Rondon and almost back into the net.

That came just seconds after a goalline scramble.

This is desperately close!

That would have wrapped it up for Stoke.

Substitute Mame Biram Diouf gets on the end of a cross and heads it into the ground a little too much.

Ben Foster snatches it up!

It's getting tense for both teams now.

Stoke continue to defend with desperation and are looking to draw fouls at all opportunities.

West Brom, for all their possession in this second-half, have not truly tested Jack Butland.

Keiran Gibbs is off and Oliver Burke is on.

And that proved to be Shaqiri's last involvement as he's replaced by Ramadan Sobhi.

What a save!

Shaqiri's freekick drifts into the box and it's Ryan Shawcross who gets his head on it. It's a superb one too and it forces an excellent save out of Ben Foster.

The offside flag is up though...

So, so close for Rodriguez!

Gareth Barry clips a delightful ball into the box and Butland has to be super quick off his line to snuff it out from under Rodriguez' feet.

A rare second-half attack from Stoke.

Choupo-Moting carries the ball forward and he feels he is blocked off just outside the area.

Referee Neil Swarbrick is having none of it.

The skipper almost becomes the hero!

Jonny Evans almost heads for glory but Butland produces a save keep it out. Stoke are living dangerously at the moment.

That would have been special.

Joe Allen's attempted clearance is headed straight into the path of Jake Livermore but the West Brom midfielder volleys it over the bar.

West Brom might be trailing but as the touch map below shows, West Brom (on the right) have had a lot more touches in the opposition box than Stoke.

Butland made an outstanding save in the first half and we were talking about him for England, but if that's Joe Hart that makes that decision (for the West Brom goal) the media would slaughter him. This is why I think Joe Hart gets a rough time - one or two keepers seem to get away with it.

West Brom have had all the ball in this second-half.

They want that equaliser but apart from a few chances immediately after the break, they have yet to create another clear-cut opportunity.

Chadli, who came on at half-time, is clutching his left leg and has called for the medical staff.

His afternoon could be over very prematurely.

Choupo-Moting looks disappointed and he probably should be.
