    Now Livermore wants the limelight.

He steps inside Choupo-Moting and tries to curl it into the top-right corner of Butland's goal but it's blocked.

The ball could have gone anywhere but Stoke just about hoof it away.

    Game on.

Well that goal has suddenly added a spring to their step.

West Brom want another and Chadli almost sets up Robson-Kanu perfectly. He keeps the ball in on the byline and chips it into the area but Butland is down quickly to snatch it away.

    Rondon finally gets his goal!

Chris Brunt slides through a lovely ball through the middle of the defence and Rondon was onto it quickly to slip it past Jack Butland.

Alan Pardew was full of motivational words prior to kick-off today. His side need to find something in this second half though...

    Quote Message

The fans have been terrific in making noise and we haven't rewarded them with a win. We have been close but need to get over the line. If we win we go out of the relegation zone, with West Ham playing Newcastle. It is a great incentive for us.

It was a slow start to the game but Stoke are now well and truly on top.

But how many chances does Rondon need? He could have equalised for West Brom earlier in the half and has had six shots in total.

    Lovely stuff.

Joe Allen with a perfect through ball for Choupo-Moting.

The striker wriggles his way around Ben Foster, in super cool fashion, and slots it between the two West Brom players who had sprinted back to the goalline.

    Oh! Rondon!

    AGAIN.

Kurt Zouma's clearing header doesn't go far and it falls to the feet of Rondon, who tried to place it in the far corner.

Jack Butland was stretching but he just about gets his fingers on the end of it.

    How has Rondon not scored?

But they could get back to winning ways here!

Salomon Rondon has had a few chances.

He's scored on his last two visits here and he's West Brom's top goalscorer this season with three.

Will it be more by the end of the day? He's already had four shots and of course that chance which he blasted over the bar.

Another close one for West Brom. It's Jake Livermore this time who plays an inviting ball across the box but it's dealt with.

You can sense the visitors building in confidence. Can they get a goal back before half-time?

    Wow. What a miss!

All Salomon Rondon had to do was hit the target.

Gareth Barry floats a ball into the box and somehow everyone misses it. Rondon, who looked to be in an offside position, just lashes at it and it sails way over from just a few yards out.

Darren Fletcher wins the ball in midfield and now Stoke can break forward.

Crouch is the target man once more but he can't quite get his head on the end of it. It eventually falls to Fletcher on the edge of the box and his acrobatic half-volley flies over the bar and into the stands.

Rondon heads it onto Robson-Kanu but he continues his run and finds the ball at his feet in the box.
