Almost time for the second half in Barcelona as the home players come out onto the pitch.

Barcelona members will vote on a naming rights deal for the Nou Camp in the first half of 2018, says the club's president Josep Maria Bartomeu.

The Catalan giants already have plans in place for £536m (600m euros) redevelopment of their stadium.

Work is expected to start this season and a naming rights deal could help towards the cost.

I know it's far too early in a season for 'as things stand' tables. But here is one anyway.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:37 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

The half ends with Jose Callejon down and in pain. Hopefully, he'll be OK after 15 minutes of recovery time.

Good game this. No goals, but plenty of quality on show, as you'd expect from two teams who have won all but one of 16 games between them this league season.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

They really do not seem to do first-half injury time in Spain. Barcelona are ahead at the break - thanks to a goal which shouldn't have been allowed.

  6. Postpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

    Reina to the rescue!

Napoli are opened up and Borja Valero is given a clear sight of goal. The ball won't come down quickly enough, which mean he has to wait, but his effort is goalbound until Reina sticks out a glove to palm the ball over. Great chance.

  7. Postpublished at 20:33 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Not good news for Malaga as Diego Rolan - who has scored two of their three league goals this season - goes down holding his hamstring. Will they get him to half-time and then make a decision?

  8. Postpublished at 20:31 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

Mauro Icardi, the hero of the Milan derby (if you are an Inter fan, that is), has his side's first shot on target. It is from a tight angle and is saved by Pepe Reina.

  9. Postpublished at 20:30 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

When an error gifts one of your players an opening, Kalidou Koulibaly would probably not be high on your list of preferred recipients.

Given the chance to run and shoot, the Napoli defender does the former but punts his shot from a tight angle high and wide.

  10. Postpublished at 20:29 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Sergi Roberto plays a pass over the top and Lionel Messi doesn't go all out to try to control it. Not sure if he thought he was offside or didn't want to risk injuring himself by stretching too much.

  11. Postpublished at 20:28 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Almost a wonder-pass from Lionel Messi as his long ball over the top looks bound for Luis Suarez until Luis Hernandez gets his head onto it.

Now Malaga have another chance but Chory Castro can't make proper contact with a volley.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Adrian is booked for a sliding tackle on Sergio Busquets. It happened a while ago but the referee had allowed play to go on. Five minutes until half-time.

  13. Postpublished at 20:27 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

What a chance for Lorenzo Insigne! Samir Handanovic comes to Inter's rescue again.

Marek Hamsik is the architect again, chipping a pinpoint cross into the box over a defender and on to the head of Insigne. The striker meets it with a header but puts it too close to Handanovic, who palms the ball away.

  14. Postpublished at 20:25 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Not many players in the world you'd back more in this position but Lionel Messi gets it wrong. The Argentine wizard breaks from the halfway line, Luis Suarez gets free in the box but Messi's attempted pass into him is cut out.

  15. Postpublished at 20:24 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

It is a bit like trying to thread a needle for Napoli in and around the box, such are the healthy numbers of Inter players with only defence on their mind.

The home side are seeing the vast majority of the ball but so far Inter are holding firm.

  16. Postpublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

Optimistic. Jorginho sees the ball bobbling towards him way outside the box following a corner and his eyes light. 'I'm having a go at this', he thinks. Unfortunately for him, the ball bounces a tad high in front of him and he slices his effort high and wide.

  17. Postpublished at 20:21 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Oof. Ivan Rakitic tries to shoot from a cross, misses the ball and instead kicks Paul Baysse, who is really hobbling. No booking though.

  18. Postpublished at 20:18 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Napoli 0-0 Inter Milan

Inter respond. The ball is crossed deep into the box and met by Ivan Perisic. He is some distance from goal but generates power with his header. Unfortunately for the forward, he cannot direct it properly and the ball flies over.

  19. Postpublished at 20:17 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

Chance for Malaga, who break at pace from Lucas Digne's poor pass. Juan Carlos crosses from the right and Chory Castro heads wide from six yards out. Better from the visitors though.

  20. Postpublished at 20:15 British Summer Time 21 October 2017

    Barcelona 1-0 Malaga

A weird build-up to the free-kick as Malaga's players are standing in front of the referee's sprayed line. Lionel Messi eventually takes it but hits the less-than-10-yards-away wall.
