It's a brilliantly worked goal from West Brom, they've got players in the box, it's a great ball in and it's a great goal. Jonny Evans is one of two players at the back post, and he's lost his marker, and it's an easy header in the end.

It's been a good season for Brighton so far - but despite sitting pretty in 12th place before kick-off only three points separate them and Stoke in 18th spot.

While Seagulls boss Chris Hughton would not call it a 'six pointer' he acknowledged the importance of fixtures against teams in and around them in the table.

"The most important results for us will be against the teams that very much affect us," Hughton said. "It's an opportunity but every game is. Every week the next game seems to be a real big game."

West Brom have captain Jonny Evans back in their starting line-up today as rumours persist about a move to Manchester City and Arsenal.

Baggies boss Alan Pardew, however, says there will be no transfer shenanigans with the defender too close to the deadline, though.

"I will put a cut-off date on any transfer," Pardew said. “That’s why I’d say three or four days before the window shuts and no later if it’s a big transfer of an important player.”
