  1. 'Arsenal deserve that equaliser'published at 16:28 Greenwich Mean Time 7 January 2018

    Nottingham Forest 1-1 Arsenal

Former Everton midfielder on Radio 5 live

We've had two fantastic free-kick deliveries, with the second from Theo Walcott.

Mertesacker was quickest to react to the second ball.

Arsenal have looked more assured since they went behind. They deserve great credit for getting that equaliser.

  2. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 3-0 AFC Wimbledonpublished at 71 mins

    Jan Vertonghen

It's a Jan Vertonghen special... sort of.

The defender slaps one with his left foot about 25 yards out on the left side and it takes a nick off Barry Fuller that guides it past George Long.

Three goals in eight minutes for Spurs.

  3. goal

GOAL - Nottingham Forest 1-1 Arsenalpublished at 23 mins

    Per Mertesacker

It is not too pretty, but Arsenal will not care. Theo Walcott's free-kick is met by a Rob Holding header, which bounces off the post. Per Mertesacker reacts quickest to pounce and bundle in an equaliser. Forest joy did not last long.

Plenty of possession for Arsenal, but Nottingham Forest on the front foot.

  5. 'It's game over'published at 16:24 Greenwich Mean Time 7 January 2018

    Tottenham 2-0 AFC Wimbledon

    On the first Kane goal:

We spoke about the problems from the wide areas for Wimbledon.

If a goal was going to come, it would probably be from the wide areas.

Wimbledon had to be switched on because the quality in this Tottenham team can score at any point.

    On the second goal:

It's game over now, you can't see Wimbledon scoring two goals. Kane doesn't miss those.

  6. goal

GOAL - Nottingham Forest 1-0 Arsenalpublished at 20 mins

    Eric Lichaj

There looks to be no shock at Wembley, but there could well be one at the City Ground.

Kieran Dowell's free-kick is fired in and Eric Lichaj gets in ahead of David Ospina to powerfully head in from close range. Arsene Wenger looks furious.

  7. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 2-0 AFC Wimbledonpublished at 66 mins

    Harry Kane

Kyle Walker-Peters shot deflected into the path of Harry Kane, and he makes no mistake from that range. It is two in three minutes for Kane, and the game looks to be done and dusted.

  8. goal

GOAL - Tottenham 1-0 AFC Wimbledonpublished at 64 mins

    Harry Kane

Finally the AFC Wimbledon resistance is broken. It comes via Harry Kane who scores from close range for his 25th goal of the season but Sissoko's cross and run made it.

  9. Postpublished at 63 mins

    Tottenham 0-0 AFC Wimbledon

Son nearly makes an instant impact, sliding in on the back post after an intelligent diagonal lofted pass from Erik Lamela. But Son can't get a touch and the ball goes out for a goal-kick.

  10. Postpublished at 15 mins

    Nottingham Forest 0-0 Arsenal

A chance for the Gunners at the City Ground and it falls to Danny Welbeck after a cross by Theo Walcott.

But Welbeck makes a mess of the header, as the ball bounces off his shoulder and goes wide. Should have done better, the England man there.

Llorente hasn't had his best game today.

But lets be fair to him, he hasn't had much game time.

  12. SUBSTITUTION - Son on for Llorentepublished at 61 mins

    Tottenham 0-0 AFC Wimbledon

And now it is time for the first change for Tottenham. Son Heung-min, whose spectacular strike gave Spurs a draw against West Ham on Thursday, is the man who is given the nod.

Off comes the ineffective Fernando Llorente.

  13. Postpublished at 60 mins

    Tottenham 0-0 AFC Wimbledon

Abdul-Yussuf Oshilaja has to head off his own goalline. A panicky moment for the visitors, but once again they survive.

I can't imagine it will be too much longer before Pochettino thinks about making some changes

Tottenham have been a bit flat and the penetration hasn't really been there.

The Tottenham back four are starting to look a little bit on edge.

  16. Postpublished at 8 mins

Chances at both ends. Ben Brereton is denied by David Ospina, before Theo Walcott gets in a good position for Arsenal, but can't get a clean connection as his effort doesn't threaten the Forest goal.

  17. Wimbledon were luckypublished at 16:10 Greenwich Mean Time 7 January 2018

That ball could have easily come out and hit the keeper and gone back in.

Wimbledon got a little bit of luck I think they deserve.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORK - Mousa Dembelepublished at 52 mins

    Tottenham 0-0 AFC Wimbledon

For the second time today, the Wembley woodwork has been struck. Jimmy Abdou hit the bar for AFC Wimbledon earlier on and Mousa Dembele has just struck the post with a low strike for Tottenham. But we still remain goalless.

  19. Postpublished at 4 mins

Ben Brereton looks to be through on goal for Forest, but he has timed his run badly and he is rightly called offside.

  20. A great opportunity for Wimbledonpublished at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 7 January 2018

    Tottenham 0-0 AFC Wimbledon

    Andy Reid
Former Nottingham Forest and Tottenham midfielder

It was a disappointing end to a lovely move.

Barcham got past Foyth like he wasn't there then it was just a bit of a shame he didn't keep his composure, as that was a great opportunity for Wimbledon.

And then Vorm had to pull off an excellent save to deny Charles.
