But have Dundee drawn the sting from St Johnstone? It looks that way with Faissal El Bakhtaoui hitting the post and increasingly it looks a case of Dundee making the chances and keeping the ball.
Michael O’Halloran - in his last match for St Johnstone before returning to Rangers - does remain a threat but Dundee are on course for a big three points here.
