  1. Rashford required?published at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester United

    Simon Grayson
Ex-Sunderland manager on BBC Radio 5 live

Manchester United are getting to the edge of the box but Burnley hunt the ball in packs and they're not letting United have any space in the final third to hurt them. I'd give it five or 10 minutes but then you'd like to think that Rashford could come on and impact the game.

Edwin: Arsenal perfomance shows they have never lacked quality. What they lack is good management of the quality.

Wale: I dare Palace to do a Newcastle here today.

    David: Arsenal crisis in crisis.

  3. Postpublished at 16:11 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    West Ham 0-0 Bournemouth

Pretty from West Ham on the edge of the Bournemouth area as Manuel Lanzini combines with Marko Arnautovic, but Lanzini is on his heels and not anticipating the Arnautovic return. Bournemouth clinging on at the moment.

  5. goal

GOAL - Stoke 1-0 Huddersfieldpublished at 16:09 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Joe Allen (53 mins)

The Paul Lambert era is away! It's probably the move of the match, Charlie Adam playing a ball over the top, Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting sprints down the left and cuts the ball back. He's looking for Mame Biram Diouf but it runs on and Joe Allen sidefoots calmly home at the back post.

  6. Postpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Everton 0-1 West Brom

Better from Theo Walcott, beating his man and putting in a low cross. It's not dealt with, Gylfi Sgurdsson wriggles the ball out of his feet to get a shot away but it's well defended and blocked.

  7. Postpublished at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Leicester 1-0 Watford

A chance for a Leicester second as Jamie Vardy is free on the left wing and he pulls it back for the advancing Shinji Okazaki, but he can only scuff his strike straight at Orestis Karnezis.

  8. 'Goal of the season disallowed'published at 16:08 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Stoke 0-0 Huddersfield

    Alex Scott
Arsenal Ladies & former England international on Final Score

It was offside, which is disappointing because it was a really great finish. A beautiful overhead kick - Shaqiri was thinking he'd scored goal of the season!

  9. Postpublished at 16:07 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Burnley 0-0 Manchester United

They did not have a shot on target in the first 45 minutes and Romelu Lukaku has been quiet so far. A ball is played over the top for him to chase, but it bounces through to Nick Pope in the Burnley goal.

James Tarkowski then produces a well-timed challenge to deny Jesse Lingard.

  10. DISALLOWED GOALpublished at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    Stoke 0-0 Huddersfield

Xherdan Shaqiri denied a really lovely goal as he scissor kicks a volley into the turf, up, off the underside of the bar and in. Athletically aesthetically wonderful.

    But he was offside.

Man City v Newcastle (17:30 GMT)

    Guy Mowbray
    Match of the Day commentator

It's finally happened, just as Pep Guardiola always insisted it would.

City have lost in the Premier League for the first time this season, which might only serve to make Newcastle's task all the more difficult at a place where they customarily get a thrashing anyway.

After a week when talks about the proposed takeover of their club were branded a '"waste of time', external, Newcastle fans may have rueful thoughts as they enter the Etihad.

Once, THEY were the team that lost 4-3 in thrillers at Anfield.

Once before, Amanda Staveley helped broker a successful takeover , externalof a Premier League club - and that didn't turn out too badly did it?

Sonny Calvert: Arsenal fan here, can other Arsenal fans stop saying we don't need Sanchez or anyone else. All because we are having a first good result in 13 years. They clearly no nothing about Arsenal or football in general!

Andrew Scrogham: Arsenal fans - perhaps the most fickle of all? One result does not make a season.

Jordan, Birmingham: Is it too late to board the hype train for Wilshere?

  19. 'Walcott subdued'published at 15:57 Greenwich Mean Time 20 January 2018

    HT: Everton 0-1 West Brom

    Steve Crossman
BBC Radio 5 live at Goodison Park

Jay Rodriguez scored with a smart finish early on and it should have been 2-0 to West Brom at the end of the first half when their number nine Salomon Rondon headed over. How appropriate that would have been. Gareth Southgate is here presumably to check out players like Theo Walcott. I can’t remember him touching it.

Richard Crook: So far, so good on this memorable day for the Baggies. Come on WBA, do it for Cyrille.

George Powell: Well at least we aren’t making any more signings hey Sam? Be a real shame to break up this solid unit we’ve got at Everton...
