Swansea get a second corner and this time it's a good one from Ki Sung-yueng! Skipper Federico Fernandez is left free in the box and he steers his header perfectly into the bottom right corner.

It's not a good one though and Leicester get it clear. Swansea have the ball back again straight away and now look to re-group.

An encouraging start from Carlos Carvalhal's side.

That was a risky pass from Adrien Silva. It gets snuffed out by Martin Olsson just outside the area but Leicester quickly recover.

Swansea seem to have picked up their intensity so far.

Marc Albrighton looks to play in Jamie Vardy but for once his pass is wayward.

We're under way in the second half here at the King Power.

Leicester were excellent in that first half but will those missed chances come to haunt them at full-time?

    Is money destroying competition?

Arsene Wenger had some very strong views on the future of the Premier League and football in Europe.

He said competition in Europe's biggest leagues is being "destroyed" by clubs who have "huge financial power".

"When you look at the five big leagues in Europe, in December we already knew four champions.

"That means something is not right in our game."

    Burnley 1-1 Manchester City

In case you missed it earlier, Berg Gudmundsson's 82nd minute equaliser saved a point for Burnley!

Manchester City missed plenty of opportunities to grab all three points at Turf Moor. You can read the full match report here.

I didn't give Alfie Mawson enough credit for his block in that first half. Leicester would have been 2-0 up were he not in the right position to make a solid block with his chest.

There were also some real moments of class from Kelechi Iheanacho too and it was his skill which opened up the chance for Jamie Vardy to break the deadlock.

Den: Leicester have a goal disallowed for offside. Ref waved play on, linesman puts flag down. Swansea players complain so goal disallowed. State of officials in this country!

MixItnFixIt: A win for Leicester will really show Mahrez you can't bully teams just because you think you have power. Skill and hard work do your talking for you.

  12. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 3 February 2018

    Leicester 1-0 Swansea

It's a positive end to the half for Swansea as they were just starting to build a little bit of rhythm and momentum.

They need to improve massively in this second half however if they are to get anything from this game.

Claude Puel's instructions will no likely be "same again" to his Leicester players because they have been excellent so far.

    Leicester 1-0 Swansea

Swansea are trying to build a bit of pressure but they can't seem to create anything down this right-hand side.

Fousseni Diabate wins it back for Leicester and gives it straight to Jamie Vardy.

Terrific ball from Danny Simpson down the right, as he looks for the run of Jamie Vardy.

The forward tries to play it early across the box but there's not enough pace on it and it's picked up by Lukasz Fabianski.

    Leicester 1-0 Swansea

Just over six minutes to go until half-time and Swansea still don't seem to have really got going. If they can go into the break just one goal down, they can count themselves extremely lucky.

Leicester have been completely dominant - as Iheanacho, Vardy and Albrighton have ran the show.

This looks bad for Swansea's Leroy Fer. He falls awkwardly with no-one around him and he goes straight down to the ground, rolling around in pain.

Wilfred Ndidi thinks he has scored for Leicester but referee Anthony Taylor realises the offside flag had been waved.

How have Leicester not scored again?

Alfie Mawson has to make a goal-saving block as Kelechi Iheanacho smashes one towards goal from 10 yards out.

Oh this is lovely stuff from Leicester.

Adrien Silva wins the ball back in the right-back position, then plays several one-twos as he drives forward - including a flicked return from Kelechi Iheanacho which leaves the Swansea players looking on hopelessly.
