    Rochdale 0-0 Millwall

You'll notice there hasn't been an update for a while from Rochdale but that's because there's really very little to say. Rochdale are having the better of the possession but that's not saying much. It's all about trying to keep the ball under some sort of control on this difficult surface.

After 20 minutes, Swansea might feel it's time to pop their smoking jackets on and light a few cigars.

Well, maybe not, seeing that they're all professional athletes, but this game is about as comfortable as they could wish it to be.

    Birmingham 0-0 Huddersfield

Couple of half chances for the visitors as Steve Mounie's looping header is easy pickings for David Stockdale before Scott Malone puts an effort into the sidenetting.

Still, the Terriers are having shots on goal, which is more than they have managed in recent games.

    Nathan Dyer (20 mins)

    Double trouble!

Two goals in two minutes as Tammy Abraham this time turns provider, feeding the ball between the Notts County defence for Nathan Dyer and the forward coolly finishes.

    Tammy Abraham (18 mins)

    It was coming.

Swansea get the reward for their dominant start as Tammy Abraham makes the breakthrough, tapping in Luciano Narsingh's cross at the near post.

    Birmingham 0-0 Huddersfield

Birmingham started to cause Huddersfield a couple of problems, mainly through former Terrier Lukas Jutkiewicz. The big striker first shot over before seeing his header held by keeper Jonas Lossl.

  7. Postpublished at 20:19 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Swansea 0-0 Notts County

Nice one-touch football from Swansea as Tammy Abraham tees up Nathan Dyer, who hits a first-time effort at goal. It's well struck, but Adam Collin has it covered.

I thought Swansea were down but Carlos Carvalhal has come in and made such an impact in a short space of time. He has beaten some really good sides. Their tails are up and they are confident. They are focused on survival.

  9. Postpublished at 20:17 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Swansea 0-0 Notts County

Swansea bossing possession as expected but Notts County have limited them to only a couple of tame efforts from distance so far. The visitors will be happy to keep things as they are for as long as possible.

    Birmingham 0-0 Huddersfield

    Andy Townsend

Not a tremendous amount of goal-mouth action, and I think that serves Steve Cotterill and his Birmingham side.

Vitally important that they were still in the game after 25 minutes and not chasing the game.

Successive corners for Birmingham but they ultimately come to nothing. Goalless it remains as we hit the half hour mark.

Simon: Awful to see so many empty seats at Swansea, why wouldn't you go see your team?

  13. Postpublished at 20:15 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Rochdale 0-0 Millwall

Scrappy, very scrappy at Rochdale with neither side taking control of things at the moment.

It's been said a lot so far on this page but the quality of the surface really is having an impact on the quality of the football on show.

    Swansea 0-0 Notts County

    Dafydd Pritchard

This patchy crowd is more like the kind you'd see when rugby team the Ospreys are playing at the Liberty Stadium.

It's rather quiet, and a sharp contrast to the sell-out crowds Swansea tend to attract for Premier League matches.

    Birmingham 0-0 Huddersfield

    Andy Townsend

I don’t want to see Birmingham being too conservative. They’re playing against a fragile team in Huddersfield. They need to get it up the pitch, force mistakes and make things happen.

  16. Postpublished at 20:12 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Birmingham 0-0 Huddersfield

Abdelhamid Sabiri has been very lively so far in this game - everything Huddersfield do is going through him - and he plays a fine clipped ball over the defence for Tom Ince but the forward can't get past Michael Morrison.

  17. Postpublished at 20:10 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Swansea 0-0 Notts County

Good jinking run by Nathan Dyer as he skips away from a couple of challenges to get to the edge of the area but hits his shot too close to Adam Collin in the Notts County goal.

    Swansea 0-0 Notts County

It will be interesting to see how Notts County set up and if they are worried about Swansea in the middle. They have a chance after being transformed under Kevin Nolan over the last year.

  20. It's a beachpublished at 20:08 Greenwich Mean Time 6 February 2018

    Rochdale 0-0 Millwall

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport at the Crown Oil Arena

There is no other way to describe it, the pitch on the main stand side is effectively a beach.

The ball bobbles along, there are lots and lots of boot prints - and turning is not easy.

Whoever deals with these conditions best will be well on their way to victory.
