Matt Price: Wolves are definitely gonna be promoted as champions. I reckon Fulham will sneak into the top two, whilst Derby will win the playoffs.

Barrie McCarthy: Wolves and Cardiff top two. Villa, Derby, Fulham, Bristol City top 6.

Lee Slater: At the moment 2nd - 10th is anyone's guess. Brentford’s strong home form is consistency in an inconsistent league. Fulham’s late season momentum might also be pivotal.

    1. Wolves 2. Aston Villa 3. Fulham 4. Cardiff 5. Bristol City 6. Brentford

Good analysis Lee - we're very impressed with the way you've laid out your top six.

It's going to take a pretty epic collapse for Wolves to miss out on a return to the Premier League now.

With third-placed Aston Villa being held to a draw by Preston last night, Nuno Espirito Santo's side will have a 15 point gap to the play-off places with victory over Norwich tonight.

The league leaders were held to a draw at Preston last time out, but they still have an outside chance of beating Reading's record 106 points in a season, needing 35 from their final 14 games.

Rochdale v MK Dons (19:45 GMT)

There's only one game tonight outside of the Championship, but it's one which could have big implications come the end of the season.

Rochdale, fresh off their 2-2 draw against Tottenham in the FA Cup on Sunday, take on MK Dons at Spotland.

The hosts are 11 points adrift of safety at the foot of the table, while the Dons are 22nd after losing their first five games under new boss Dan Micciche.

    Derby v Leeds (19:45 GMT)

Derby may be among the promotion favourites, but Leeds have not entirely given up on their own play-off ambitions, despite sitting eight points outside the top six.

"I think it's simple," forward Pablo Hernandez told BBC Radio Leeds., external

"You see the points in the last years, if we want half a chance to finish in the play-off positions, we need at the minimum to win nine or 10 games."

Despite a disappointing defeat by Sheffield Wednesday in their previous game, Derby can climb back into the top two places with victory over Leeds tonight and a Cardiff loss at Ipswich.

Recent history is on the Rams' side, as opponents Leeds have won just one of their past nine games at Pride Park in all competitions.

The visitors are winless in four games, with just one point from head coach Paul Heckingbottom's first two matches in charge.

Most sides might take exception to my suggesting they aren't always the most aesthetically pleasing side to watch.

Cardiff aren't one of them though, as captain Sean Morrison can explain.

"We 100% take pride in being a physical side," he said. "I don't think many teams want to play us.

"Teams line up against us and see the size and physicality we have and it's quite daunting."

"The manager is huge on it, he won't let our standards drop and if we can keep going now, every game is a cup final."

Unbeaten in six league games and with the chance to move four points clear of the play-off places - it's all looking rather good for Cardiff City.

They might not always look the prettiest side, but Neil Warnock's team are one of the toughest nuts to crack in the division, with 14 clean sheets this season.

Opponents Ipswich have the potential to spring an upset, but Sunday's 1-1 draw against Norwich in the East Anglian derby left them 13th, eight points outside the top six.

  9. Play-off battle at Ashton Gatepublished at 19:28 Greenwich Mean Time 21 February 2018

Bristol City v Fulham (19:45 GMT)

It's sixth against fifth at Ashton Gate, but it's been a very different story for Bristol City and Fulham since the turn of the year.

Bristol City have won just once in 2018, taking only two points from their past two games despite being 3-0 up against Sunderland after 70 minutes and 2-0 up at Leeds until the 72nd minute.

Fulham are the Championship's most dangerous team on current form, unbeaten in 10 games with eight victories over that period.

With just five points separating the Cottagers in fifth to Brentford in tenth, this is a must-win game for both teams.
