    Norwich 3-2 Reading

Norwich hold on to win a thriller at Carrow Road, where Reading trailed 2-0 and 3-1 but could easily have earned a point.

  4. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:59 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Bristol City 1-0 Ipswich Town

A fine header from Milan Djuric is enough to get Bristol City's promotion push back on track.

  5. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:59 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Brentford 1-1 Middlesbrough

Brentford's play-off hopes are just about over, as they are held to a 1-1 draw by sixth-placed Middlesbrough.

  6. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:59 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

It was dull for long periods but Atde Nuhiu's injury-time winner earns victory for Sheffield Wednesday in a frantic finish.

  7. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:56 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Sheffield United 0-0 Nottingham Forest

Disappointment all round as Nottingham Forest play out their third successive goalless draw.

Assuming Middlesbrough do draw at Brentford, Sheffield United stay two points outside the play-off spots in ninth place.

  8. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:55 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Wolves 3-1 Burton Albion

All over at Molineux and Wolves win to go six points clear at the top of the Championship.

They're also 13 points clear of third before Aston Villa kick off at Bolton this evening.

Burton remain deep in trouble - despite ending their goal drought.

  9. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Sunderland 0-2 Preston

Barnsley's defeat by Millwall earlier means the gap to safety is no bigger than at the start of the day, but it is not looking good for Sunderland.

Preston stay right in the thick of the play-off race.

  10. FULL-TIMEpublished at 16:54 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Birmingham 3-0 Hull

It's a first win for Birmingham under Garry Monk, coming at the hands of relegation rivals Hull.

That is a massive result for the Blues.

  11. RED CARD: Romaine Sawyerspublished at 16:53 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Brentford 1-1 Middlesbrough

And that will just about end Brentford's victory hopes.

Midfielder Romaine Sawyers is sent off for a second yellow card, the referee ruling that he deliberately obstructed Adama Traore.

Can Middlesbrough steal an unlikely victory in added time?

  12. Postpublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Brentford 1-1 Middlesbrough

    Brentford go close again!

Alan Judge misses the target this time, fizzing a shot wide from around 20 yards out.

Middlesbrough don't have to hold out too much longer...

  13. goal

GOAL: Leeds 1-2 Sheffield Wednesdaypublished at 16:51 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Atdhe Nuhiu (90 + 1 min)

    A injury-time winner surely?

Atdhe Nuhiu is the man with the goal, the big striker going through and calmly slotting the ball home for his second of the game.

  14. Postpublished at 16:48 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Sheffield United 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Can anybody break the deadlock?

It's not looking terribly likely that we'll see a goal in Sheffield today, with only a couple of minutes of the 90 remaining.

The Blades' play-off hopes are taking a little hit this afternoon.

  15. League Two latestpublished at 16:47 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

Goals are flying in across League Two.

Leaders Accrington are back in front against Forest Green thanks to Jordan Clark's run and strike.

Meanwhile, it's 2-2 in the snow at Vale Park between Port Vale and Stevenage, as well as in the game between Carlisle and Crawley.

Second-bottom Chesterfield did lead but are now 1-1 with Cheltenham, while Morecambe are 2-1 up at home to Exeter.

    Jay-Roy Grot (86 mins)

A fine header from Jay-Roy Grot and Leeds are back on terms.

  17. League One latestpublished at 16:45 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

Shrewsbury are still on track to go second in League One.

There's just over five minutes left at Glanford Park, where the Shrews are 2-1 up against Scunthorpe and closing in on a fifth consecutive away league win.

At the other end, MK Dons lead Bury 2-1 as two sides in the bottom three battle it out.

  18. Postpublished at 16:42 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Brentford 1-1 Middlesbrough

Brentford will be gutted if they don't come away from this game with three points in the bag.

Romaine Sawyers is their latest player to threaten, forcing Darren Randolph to beat his shot away.

Only 10 minutes remain for the Bees to score a late winner.

  19. Postpublished at 16:39 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Birmingham 3-0 Hull

    Birmingham celebrateImage source, Rex Features

You'll have to forgive me Blues fans, but this might be my last update from St Andrew's until full-time.

Birmingham are comfortably seeing out the closing stages against Hull and they are set to move level on points with 21st-placed Barnsley.

Garry Monk must be absolutely thrilled with what he's seen, Nigel Adkins perhaps a little less so.

  20. Snow (momentarily) stops playpublished at 16:36 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Sheffield United 0-0 Nottingham Forest

    Ah, Britain in springtime...
