    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

Sam Clucas stands over a free-kick, his delivery doesn't beat the first man.

And there is the whistle. David Moyes will not be a happy man.

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

Nice stuff from Swansea - one-touch passing as West Ham watch on. Andre Ayew misplaces one that is easily picked off by Sam Byram but Ki Sung-yueng wins it back immediately.

No let-up for the Hammers as the home side look to bury them before the break.

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

It all opens up for Ki Sung-yueng in the middle of the park and the South Korean unfurls another blistering strike on goal - this time it's way too high however, and Adrian can watch it drive away above him.

Winston Reid we understand was taken to hospital for a scan because it was feared he might have been knocked on the head as he fell.

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

We're still a long way from half-time of course - the delay to deal with Winston Reid's injury was about 10 minutes. Soon we should see exactly how long is to be added on.

  8. YELLOW CARDpublished at 42 mins

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

Mark Noble goes in the book for a late challenge on Andy King. Studs were up, clumsy.

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

Sam Clucas tidies up nicely in midfield and sets Kyle Naughton on his way. Mark Noble snatches an interception but there is nobody to find up front. Marko Arnautovic just saunters.

I've just realised West Ham basically have four full-backs in defence now. Too soon to sell Jose Fonte?

    Swansea 2-0 West Ham

What a strangely flat and dismal West Ham performance this is - and in such an important game at the late stage of the season, too.

Pablo Zabaleta with another mis-directed pass and Adrian comes to the rescue by smashing clear.

It's not really as if Swansea have been brilliant. But confidence is surging through them now.

It's a huge ask for the Hammers to get back into this one.

Awful marking. Ki Sung-yeung launches in a testing cross - but nobody attacks it. The West Ham defence is static - statues - as Mike van der Hoorn arrives at the back post and stoops to head his side two goals ahead.

West Ham are sinking. Maybe Winston Reid would have taken the wheel?

  12. CLOSE!published at 32 mins

    Swansea 1-0 West Ham

Andre Ayew surges in on goal after cutting in from the right, he drives straight at Adrian and the keeper parries clear.

    Swansea rising.

    Swansea 1-0 West Ham

Jordan Ayew is munched by Declan Rice and Mark Noble - one sliding tackle on either side.

Noble has a go at Ayew for reacting with displeasure. The ref calls Noble over for a word of his own.

  14. Postpublished at 29 mins

    Swansea 1-0 West Ham

Poor football. West Ham knock it straight out of play to end a sequence of pretty pedestrian passing across the back.

So Sam Byram is on to replace Winston Reid. Swansea's corner is cleared and West Ham break but Marko Arnautovic is caught by the offside flag.

It was about 10 minutes' long, that break in play for Winston Reid's injury.

    Swansea 1-0 West Ham

Winston Reid is being carried off the pitch now - tightly strapped into a stretcher.

The fans around the ground applaud in solidarity. It looks to be a really nasty injury.

Now there's a bit of a scuffle breaking out - Andre Ayew is involved in a confrontation against the club he left in January.

Things have calmed down now. And Reid is still on the pitch.

Looking at a replay now - he does the splits almost as he falls off balance to the ground trying to clear.

    Swansea 1-0 West Ham

Sam Byram is getting ready to get come on and replace Winston Reid. His fifth Premier League appearance of the season.

Reid is still down - he hurt his knee or leg in trying to clear in that scramble in the box. Looks like a pretty serious one. The stretcher awaits.

This could be pretty bad for Reid - he's still not got up. Looks like an injury to his leg.
