  1. Postpublished at 58 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

Again Lucas Moura is set free down the left wing. Loads of space for him. But he never seems fully in control as he drives towards the net, is muscled off the ball and Kristoffer Nordfeldt is smartly out quickly to gather.

Actually, on the replay, was there perhaps a little nudge in the back from Luciano Narsingh to sett him off balance? No real appeal to speak of...

Spurs have a tendency to switch off for short periods. I can see that happening again today.

Moussa Sissoko with a smart interception. He sets Lucas Moura on his way down the left. The Brazilian jinks inside and outside, it looks like he's won space from Mike van der Hoorn to cross, but the Dutchman goes all out with a forward lunge to block the ball with a combination of his neck and face. Unorthodox, but that's one way to deflect behind for a corner.

What this scoreline does mean now is that we're in for an exciting half as Swansea have to go for it.

Swansea are closing down quickly and trying to make things happen, Spurs will still have chances but it's much better from the home side.

  5. CHANCE!published at 54 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

It's been a really great restart this, end to end.

Davison Sanchez has to head clear from three yards off his own goal-line as Luciano Narsingh's dinked cross takes out the Spurs goalkeeper. Tammy Abraham was lurking.

    Much, much better from Swansea.

  6. Postpublished at 51 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

Now, with the ball running loose on the edge of the box, Moussa Sissoko tries a long-range effort of his own. He shanks his effort horribly wide and over the bar, as if to say: 'Let's just calm down everyone'.

  7. GREAT SAVE!published at 50 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

Eric Dier, on his right foot, launches an absolute piledriver of a strike from range. It's going straight in the top corner, and Kristoffer Nordfeldt does really well to spring up and palm the ball behind for a corner. Another fabulous save.

  8. Postpublished at 49 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

They are brilliant saves from Michel Vorm. I'm just seeing another replay now. He really had to fling himself across goal - after picking himself off the ground first - to stop that Tammy Abraham follow-up.

An early Swansea strike would have really set things up.

  9. WATCH: Lamela extends Tottenham's leadpublished at 13:24 Greenwich Mean Time 17 March 2018

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

Swansea would have probably settled for going into the break just the one goal down but Erik Lamela had other ideas.

You can watch how he extended the lead for Spurs below.

  10. GREAT SAVE!published at 46 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

What a restart that would have been!

Two top saves from Michel Vorm deny the home side. First, Martin Olsson's stinging drive is parried clear, then Tammy Abraham's headed close-range is again matched by the Tottenham keeper.

That's his first real work of the afternoon.

  11. KICK-OFFpublished at 46 mins

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

And we are back under way - an attacking change at the break for Swansea.

Winger Luciano Narsingh is on for full-back Kyle Naughton.

I'm very surprised that Eriksen is rarely linked to a big move to Barcelona or Real Madrid. He's been consistent in the Prem for several seasons and still got his best years ahead of him.

Don Uorri: After all the injuries, we are finally beginning to see the Lamela we bought!

Rachel T: Lamela runs like Woody from Toy Story, but I do love him.

    Swansea 0-2 Tottenham

When you think about how good Swansea's recent home form has been, today's limp showing stands out all the more

The Swans have won their past seven home games in all competitions - a run that includes victories over Arsenal and Liverpool.

But perhaps the key is in the opposition: The last time they lost at home was against Spurs - in the league on 2 January.

Chris Baldwin: VAR should be for obvious errors. When it is so close it should stay with on-field decision I think. Like cricket. And I’m a Spurs fan.

Ed Woodhouse: Don't know about anyone else, but Jordan Dent's laser beam across the pitch plan seems pretty solid - LAR for the win!

Tottenham are cruising in this first period but they could have been even further ahead if VAR was on their side.

The two players who have been really enjoying themselves are Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela.

I'd be surprised if Swansea have put in more than ten tackles during this game and that's really disappointing for such a big match. They'll be hugely disappointed with how the first half has gone.

But Spurs have knocked the ball around, they've created chance after chance and they will probably be disappointed that they haven't scored more than two goals.

Swansea are lamentable defensively. Talk of the Spurs' goals being magnificent, but when are the Swansea defence going to actually tackle?

Newport and Rochdale gave Spurs a harder game.

  19. goal

    GOAL - Swansea 0-2 Tottenhampublished at 45 mins+1

    Erik Lamela

Again it is so, so easy for Tottenham.

Erik Lamela is the player this time who turns after a simple pass - from Moussa Sissoko - and runs on goal.

A burst of pace takes him out of Tom Carroll's range, he steadies himself to shoot from the edge of the box and plants a care-free side-footed finish low into the corner. Kristoffer Nordfeldt did not move.

  20. Postpublished at 45 mins+1

    Swansea 0-1 Tottenham

Unlucky Erik Lamela - smart feet take him past the static Alfie Mawson in the box but he's on the stretch by the time he thinks about the cut-back across goal.

He does win a corner - Spurs' fifth of the game so far - but Christian Eriksen can't match his earlier brilliance.

THREE minutes of time added on.
