  2. League One and League Two previewpublished at 19:18 British Summer Time 10 April 2018

It's a big night at the top of League One for Blackburn and Wigan, who could both strengthen their respective cases for automatic promotion with victories at Gillingham and Rochdale respectively.

Leaders Rovers are four points clear of third-placed Shrewsbury and two ahead of Wigan, who also have a game in hand.

Just as much in the need for points are Chesterfield, who are six points adrift of safety at the bottom of League Two. They are at Morecambe this evening.

It really is now or never for Sunderland and Burton, who could find themselves 10 points from safety with only 12 to play for if results go against them tonight.

Both sides have winnable games this evening, the Black Cats at home to 12th-placed Norwich, while Burton host a Hull side sitting only seven points above the relegation zone.

Bolton have a much tougher task on paper, as in-form Millwall visit the Macron looking to bolster their play-off ambitions.

Barnsley could climb out of the relegation zone with victory at slumping Ipswich, depending on the results at Bolton and at Ashton Gate, where 20th-placed Birmingham take on Bristol City.

    Got all that? Phew.

This is one hell of a fight for a top six spot, isn't it? With the exception of Derby, who travel to leaders Wolves tomorrow night, Middlesbrough, Millwall, Bristol City, Sheffield United and Brentford all play this evening.

Middlesbrough will be feeling Millwall breathing down their necks. Neil Harris' side, who play struggling Bolton Wanderers, are on an enormous unbeaten run that stretches to New Year's Day.

Can they keep the pressure on and swap places with Boro?

With Fulham winning against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, they moved to within two points of second-placed Cardiff City.

In the aftermath of a galling defeat by Wolves on Friday, Neil Warnock's Bluebirds take on fourth-placed Aston Villa needing a win to keep the chasing Londoners at bay.

Fulham could leapfrog Cardiff into second place with a win over Reading, while Aston Villa could do with a win themselves, with the number of games left this season running out as they chase automatic promotion.
