    Wolves 1-0 Derby

Not much to talk about after that goal. Wolves have dominated possession since going a goal to the good and they look comfortable with the ball.

The Molineux faithful, who have braved what is a damp and dreary night in Wolverhampton, are in fine voice.

"We shall not be moved" rings around the ground.

    Diogo Jota

It's that man Diogo Jota with a 16th goal of the season!

The Wolves man makes a mockery of the Derby County defence and links on to an absolutely sumptuous, delicious, and downright disgusting Willy Boly 40-yard delivery to turn and fire with ease past Rams keeper Scott Carson.

What a goal for Wolves' top scorer.

In light of the fact that Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo likes to go all out with his post-match celebrations this season, we want to know, what's the most you've ever celebrated at a football match?

My Dad once fell onto the row in front of him when our team beat our local rivals about 11 years ago. Can you beat that?

If you can, let us know, using #bbcefl on Twitter.

    Wolves v Derby (19:45 BST)

It all happened last night in the English Football League. Jack Grealish's stunning late strike for Aston Villa - scored in front of the Duke of Cambridge - prolonged Cardiff City's misery as they slipped to third in the Championship at the expense of Fulham.

Sunderland picked up a point at the other end of the table against Norwich but it should really have been three as they conceded a late equaliser, while Wigan moved top of League One with a thumping local derby win against Rochdale.

Meanwhile, Fulham's win against Reading not only moved them into second place in the Championship, but it also means Wolves now cannot go up no matter what happens tonight.

Nuno's men could, however, tee up a shot at promotion against local rivals Birmingham City when they meet on Sunday.

Swedish classic rock band Europe once sang "It's the final countdown" and, if I'm not mistaken, that song was written in the mid 1980s to describe the end of the 2017-18 Championship season.

Confident Wolves fans rejoice. Tonight could be beginning of the pathway to the Premier League.

Nervous Wolves fans look away. Tonight could raise the old blood pressure if Derby County can spoil the party at Molineux, as Nuno Espirito Santo's side look to extend their lead at the Championship summit from eight to 11 points.

We will also be bringing you updates of tonight's solitary League One game as relegation-threatened Oldham Athletic take on Walsall, with both sides needing a win to boost their chances of staying up.

    Stay tuned.
