  1. RED CARD - Davy Propperpublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Brighton 1-1 Huddersfield

That should give Huddersfield a lift! Davy Propper is shown a straight red card after he slides in for a 50/50 with Jonathan Hogg.

He was a bit reckless but that does look a little harsh. Would yellow have sufficed?

  2. goal

GOAL - Watford 1-2 Burnleypublished at 16:30 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Jack Cork (73 mins)

My word! What a turnaround. Two set pieces in a matter of minutes brings two goals for Watford.

A deep free-kick is lofted towards the back stick, it comes back across and Jack Cork is on hand to nod in from close range. The technology on the line confirms it, despite play carrying on briefly after Orestis Karnezis tried to claw it out.

Danny Rose is tripped right on the edge of the area - free-kick in a dangerous area for Spurs, who are looking more like their old selves now.

  5. goal

    Sam Vokes (70 mins)

Sam Vokes - with his first touch after coming on as a substitute - has he snatched a point? A deep free-kick is lofted towards the box, where Watford defender Adrian Mariappa tries to clear. But all he can do is head up and back towards his own net, with Vokes stealing in to prod home in front of Orestis Karnezis. All level!

  6. 'Devastating blow for Palacepublished at 16:26 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Bournemouth 1-1 Crystal Palace

    Martin Keown
Former Arsenal defender on Final Score

Inspired substitution, almost his first touch he has scored with. Most of what we have seen from Lys Mousset before is hard work, but we've seen real quality with that finish.

A devastating blow for Crystal Palace, but it was a matter of time. Bournemouth became more direct once they went a goal down, the passing for the sake of it stopped.

    Leicester 0-1 Newcastle

Riyad Mahrez has an enterprising run forwards for Leicester but it fizzles out. Much like their overall display so far.

    Lys Mousset (65 mins)

Every goal is huge in the bottom half and this really puts a dampener on Palace's afternoon. Lys Mousset has been on the pitch for about 30 seconds and bends a shot into the bottom corner from the edge of the area. That's a cracking finish indeed.

Don: Not a popular opinion but Lloris is a liability...

Tim: Should have been a penalty on Son moments before the Stoke equaliser. Ref has been excellent today up until that decision

    Harry Kane (63 mins)

Spurs lead! Does Harry Kane get a touch on that or not?

Christian Eriksen whips in a fantastic free-kick from wide left and it ends up in the back of the net. i can't see if Kane gets a touch or not. We shall see...

  14. 'High line hurts Spurs'published at 16:19 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Stoke 1-1 Tottenham

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

Spurs are holding an incredibly high line, which allows Xherdan Shaqiri to whip it in behind them.

Hugo Lloris should have done better, and Stoke take advantage when you think they couldn't get a goal.

  15. Postpublished at 16:19 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Brighton 1-1 Huddersfield

Good stop! Pascal Gross tees up Davy Propper inside the area, he finds Dale Stephens and his shot is heading in until the flying Jonas Lossl claws it out. Some keeper...

  17. goal

GOAL - Watford 1-0 Burnleypublished at 16:17 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Roberto Pereyra

Finally Watford have the breakthrough. Moments after his free-kick is blocked by a Burnley wall, it's Roberto Pereyra who puts the home side ahead. They deserve it.

The impressive Will Hughes drives into the box after a one-two, Stephen Ward slides in to tackle but the ball cuts loose to Pereyra. Just inside the area, the Argentine slots home strongly. Nick Pope is beaten at last.

    Mame Biram Diouf (57 mins)

    Hang on a minute (reprise!)

Maybe the relegation zone isn't a closed shop after all. This puts Swansea right back on edge.

It's another error from Hugo Lloris if we're being harsh, he's made a few of late hasn't he? Xherdan Shaqiri plays a lovely ball in behind the high Spurs line, Lloris slams his clearance into the stomach of Mame Diouf, who does well to keep his cool and balance and fire into an open net.

  20. 'Spurs always looked likely to score'published at 16:14 British Summer Time 7 April 2018

    Stoke 0-1 Tottenham

    Leon Osman
Former Everton midfielder on Final Score

Good spell for Christian Eriksen, four goals in three games. As well as Stoke have played, Spurs always looked the more likely to score, and when you've got players like Eriksen, Dele Alli, Harry Kane, you always got a chance of scoring.
