Liverpool are starting to hold on at the moment.

Aleksandar Kolarov's cross goes past Loris Karius but it's cleared before anyone can turn it home.

Edin Dzeko gets the ball in the box - everyone seems to stop like he was offside - and he shoots wide - but it would have counted.

Liverpool just need to sit-in. They don't need to worry about scoring another goal. As the game wears on Roma will get more and more desperate and that is when Liverpool can hit them on the break.

Roma are SO close - and could it be a penalty? Trent Alexander-Arnold deflects a cross to Patrik Schick and then throws himself at the forward's shot with his arms up.

It should definitely be a penalty but the referee didn't see it. The second penalty scare the Reds have had.

    He basically saved Schick's shot.
