West Brom v Tottenham (15:00 BST)

West Brom may be bottom of the Premier League but they’ve enjoyed somewhat of a revival of late.

In order to avoid relegation, West Brom need to win their final two games of the season, with a trip to Crystal Palace coming up next week.

But their fight to beat the drop could be over today, even if they win against Spurs. They're down if Swansea avoid defeat at Bournemouth or if Southampton win, because Swansea and Southampton still have to play each other.
