    Huddersfield 0-1 Arsenal

Sorry Huddersfield/Arsenal fans - we've neglected you in recent minutes after that goal rush. Thankfully you haven't missed much. Huddersfield edging possession, not much goal action at either end.

A party atmosphere in the West Yorkshire sunshine as Terriers fans celebrate staying up and Arsenal fans celebrate Arsene Wenger leaving. Sorry... celebrating his 22-year reign, rather.

GOAL - Crystal Palace 1-0 West Brompublished at 16:27 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Wilfried Zaha (70 mins)

That is wonderful from Patrick van Aanholt, the left-back overlapping Ruben Loftus-Cheek at explosive pace, nobody can track him and he then finds the perfect cross for Wilfried Zaha to arrive on and slam in.

What a season he has had.

  3. Three on the trot for Shawpublished at 16:25 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Man Utd 1-0 Watford

    Simon Stone
    BBC Sport at Old Trafford

Luke Shaw has now been involved in three games in a row.

It says much for how sparingly the full-back has been used by Jose Mourinho that the last time he played in three successive games was in October and November 2016.

Shaw is another whose Old Trafford future cannot be guaranteed.

    Southampton 0-0 Man City

Claudio Bravo with a save! It was a relatively easy one though, clutching a header from James Ward-Prowse.

  5. 'Anfield incredibly quiet'published at 16:24 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Liverpool 3-0 Brighton

Anfield has gone incredibly quiet which is strange. Perhaps it will build-up between now and the end of the game. Although there was a cheer a few moments ago when the Newcastle score filtered through.

    Burnley 1-0 Bournemouth

Not nice to see at all. Tyrone Mings, whose career has been blighted by injuries, twists his knee in a very unnatural angle blocking a cross and that's his game over and done with. You have to feel for the former Ipswich man.

The Cherries then should have had a penalty as Aaron Lennon takes down Josh King with his wrong leg. Burnley get away with one.

  7. goal

GOAL - West Ham 2-0 Evertonpublished at 16:23 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Marko Arnautovic (63 mins)

Bubbles are being blown in the London Stadium. Have the Hammers hammered the final nail into Big Sam's coffin?

Jordan Pickford hasn't helped the Everton manager here, mind. Arnautovic's 15-yard shot goes in far too easily for my liking.

    Man Utd 1-0 Watford

No shot on target since half-time. It's proper end-of-season fare. Even Luke Shaw has got on.

  9. Postpublished at 16:20 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-0 West Brom

Dross from Andros! Great work from Wilfried Zaha, who sprints away and plays in Townsend, but he leans back and forgets every basic element of how to strike a ball. Toed away into the stands.

    Ayoze Perez (63 mins)

Newcastle are running away it. And it's that man Ayoze Perez again.

Jonjo Shelvey again the architect - too late for a World Cup call? - by pinging a free-kick to the far post where Florian Lejuene knocks back square to the Spaniard for the simplest of tap-ins.

Antonio Conte looks as glum as a bloke who knows he will be looking for a new job in the summer...

    What. A. Turnaround!

Erik Lamela sweeps in a low right-wing cross from Kyle Walker-Peters to put Spurs ahead for the first time today. Three goals in 14 minutes!

  13. CLOSE!published at 16:17 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Burnley 1-0 Bournemouth

There's a good player in there somewhere isn't there? Jordon Ibe with some lovely business driving into the area but his low shot is just wide of the far corner and just in front of any arriving team-mates. Almost superb.

Nick: Finally for Solanke! Cracking finish too, only place to put it to beat the keeper

Alex: If things stay as they are, that will mean no London club finishing in the top 3 for the first time since 1996!

Dan: If there's anyone who doesn't believe that Conte was told he was going in December, then you're a little naive.

    Ayoze Perez (59 mins)

The boy is on fire! Ayoze Perez scores his fifth goal in eight Premier League matches, sticking the deftest touch on Jonjo Shelvey's low 20-yard shot to flick in a deserved second.

Chelsea's league season is over - and they're playing like it. The visitors are all over the place as the Gallowgate sings Rafa Benitez's name.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 16:16 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Southampton 0-0 Man City

The wait for 100 points goes on! Leroy Sane has a piledriver blocked, Raheem Sterling hammers in the follow-up which is turned on to the post! John Stones then has a shot saved from the corner.

    All City...

  17. SHOWBOATpublished at 53 mins

    Newcastle 1-0 Chelsea

Olivier Giroud once scored that stunning scorpion kick for Arsenal and the Frenchman nearly pulls off another stunning, acrobatic goal.

He meets a cross from the right by spinning and flicking a shot at goal, which is looping in, but Newcastle goalkeeper Martin Dubravka leaps high to tip the ball away.

  18. 'Fantastic finish'published at 16:14 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Liverpool 3-0 Brighton

    Pat Nevin
Former Chelsea winger on BBC Radio 5 live

It's a fantastic finish but the play in the build-up tells you why Mo Salah is so effective. He has taken three players out of the game before playing it into Dominic Solanke, who does the rest.

  19. GREAT SAVE!published at 16:14 British Summer Time 13 May 2018

    Crystal Palace 0-0 West Brom

Will Ruben Loftus-Cheek be in the England squad next week? He might just sneak in you know, he's playing really well. He fires in a shot from about 10 yards out after more good work from Wilfried Zaha but Ben Foster makes the stop again.
