Henners: Got pretty bored of watching Neymar get pushed over by the end there. Sure he goes down easy but he must been fouled a dozen times in that match.

Rich: I don't think there was much contact on the equaliser. If you don't mark your man properly stop making excuses

Ekemini: With the way this World cup is going, I won't be surprised if Panama end up winning it

Swiss tactics: Give ball to Brazil, foul. Give ball to Brazil, foul and repeat. Really don't fancy seeing more of this. Hope they go out early. Shocking.

  9. 'Controversy in Brazil'published at 21:03 British Summer Time 17 June 2018

    Brazil 1-1 Switzerland

    Tim Vickery
BBC Sport South American football expert

There's a lot of controversy going on in Brazil over the goal as lots of people feel there was a push on Miranda. But Brazil have to look at themselves tonight.

Neymar, who is capable of brilliant things, was showboating too often and this tournament will be a test of his temperament.

Joe: WC predictions hit a snag today! Now I'm backing a Mexico v Iceland final instead!!

Chris: The French struggled, Germany were poor & Brazil average. Stand out performances for me so far Mexico and Iceland.

Having said that, Switzerland are sixth in the world rankings. Maybe they can feel aggrieved not to be seeded.

That could be a huge point for the Swiss. They may not have planned on taking anything off Brazil. They will have a little advantage when they meet Serbia in a game that you think might decide who joins Brazil in the next round.

    Brazil 1-1 Switzerland

    Chris Sutton
Ex-Chelsea striker on BBC Radio 5 live

All the talk before the game was about Brazil, but there was another team here tonight. Credit to Switzerland, they dug deep.

Brazil were deservedly in front after the first half but the Swiss responded well and I think they were good value for a point. You cannot underestimate any side in this competition.
