This time Romelu Lukaku is inches from getting a connection on a low cross that teases along the six-yard area.

Total lack of concentration from Panama but they've got away with it. They won't have played against teams who think so quickly in those circumstances, but it's all part of the learning process.

The ref shows another yellow, this time to Eric Davis for a foul on Dries Mertens.

Moments later, Panama's defence switches off allowing Mertens to fire in a shot from a Kevin De Bruyne free-kick which, fortunately for the central Americans, hits the side-netting.

Bar those couple of efforts from Carrasco and Mertens, and Torres' backpass error, Panama have coped well.

Belgium, like they have shown in recent tournaments, have been...well... bitty, so far.

Panama need to hold onto the ball a bit more, get a feel for it, give your teammates a pass, play some triangles, see what the Belgians have, we know they can attack.

Roman Torres gets away with a terrible backpass.

The captain fails to notice that Chelsea's Eden Hazard is lurking and plays the ball back to his keeper Jaime Penedo.

Hazard reads the situation but his tight-angle shot hits the side-netting.
