So, Fulham trail Derby going in to Monday's second leg, after a game in which they controlled possession but were thwarted by a well-drilled defensive effort from Derby, who lead thanks to Cameron Jerome's header.

Derby skipper Curtis Davies is the last man to leave the Pride Park grass after doing the on-pitch interviews. He was immense tonight and the home fans sing his name loudly and for some time.

He's enjoying that. Standard fist pumps, badge-pointing and shirt-grabbing aplenty. A post-match-celebrating-with-fans bingo full house.

Looking ahead to Monday's second leg, Derby captain Curtis Davies adds:

"We'll need to stay resolute and try to take our chances on the break.

"The good thing is, we're just a clean sheet away from Wembley.

"Fulham, with Wolves, were the best footballing side in the division, but they're going to have to come out in the second leg and we'll have to look to get them on the break."

Derby goalscorer Cameron Jerome tells Sky Sports:

"If you had given us that before the game we'd have taken it.

"It's half-time in the tie so we can't get carried away.

"The boys were magnificent. It's a massive team effort."

The Derby fans appreciate the effort and the players are lapping up the applause. Will that be enough? The second leg will be fascinating.

So Derby will take a one-goal lead to Craven Cottage on Monday. Which team will reach the Wembley final on 26 May?

Reaction to the Rams' win come from Pride Park...

Cameron Jerome's powerful first-half header separated the sides and, despite Fulham's pressure, Derby held out for a first-leg victory.

The Derby fans are all smiles now. They believe. Can this be their year after 10 seasons in the Championship?

First set, Derby. There's the end of the first leg, and it's a superb night for the Rams.

Fulham were significantly better in the second half than they were in the first, but it's not been their night.

Fulham's outfield players are all in the Derby half now, but the hosts have had a terrific night at the back, led by Curtis Davies, and he heads it away yet again.

There are Derby fans nervously biting their nails in the stands. They've got just over two minutes to hold on to this first-leg lead.

Derby's final change sees Andreas Weimann replaced by Jamie Hanson.

And we'll have four minutes of stoppage time.

As we approach the final minute of normal time, a goal for either side would completely change the complexion of this semi-final. It's oh so delicately balanced.

Aleksandar Mitrovic heads well over from the far post for Fulham.

Fulham's third change see Oliver Norwood come on for Stefan Johansen. Can he make an impact in these closing stages of the first leg?

Fulham are pressing but just can't find a way through.

Derby's Bradley Johnson is booked for a deliberate foul to halt a Fulham move.

Suddenly, Derby are breaking and Andreas Weimann has acres of space to run towards goal... But he slips on the surface. The chance is gone.

Fulham are trying everything to try to break Fulham down, with Tom Cairney pulling a lot of the strings, but the Rams are standing firm for now.
