    Villa or Boro await Fulham

    That brings an end to our coverage of what was an intriguing Championship play-off semi-final second leg between Fulham and Derby County.

    The Whites showed determination to come from behind and book a place in the final on Saturday, 26 May.

    It will be a first trip to Wembley for the west London club since they lost the FA Cup final to West Ham in 1975.

    Slavisa Jokanovic's side will face either Aston Villa or Middlesbrough in the final.

    Those two teams meet tomorrow at Villa Park, with Villa holding a 1-0 lead from the first leg.

    While Fulham celebrated with their fans, Derby County's players applauded their travelling fans after they fell short with their efforts.

    The Rams stay outside of the Premier League will be extended into an 11th season.

    It's also another play-off semi-final defeat for County, who lost at this stage to Hull two years ago.

    Derby have now been unsuccessful in six of their seven play-off campaigns.
