Not a great stat if you're a Hull City fan, ahead of their trip to the New York Stadium to take on Rotherham United this evening.

The Millers have won six of their last seven home league meetings against Hull, with their most recent victory coming in December 2015.

And when was the last time Hull last won away at Rotherham? February 1993 as Gary Lund scored the winner at Millmoor.

Nigel Adkins makes two changes to his side as Reece Burke and Dan Batty return.

It's not all been plain sailing so far for new Rams boss Frank Lampard, with his side going down 2-1 at Millwall on Saturday for a second consecutive league defeat.

Despite an improved performance in the second half at The Den, the result added to a chastening 4-1 home defeat by Leeds.

"You can't expect to turn up at half-time and win games in the Championship," Lampard told BBC Radio Derby.

Swansea City have had a decent start to their return to the Championship, but one man who knows both of tonight's opponents well has high hopes for the Swans.

Birmingham City boss Garry Monk spent 10 years playing for Swansea before a stint as manager in 2014-15 and later went on to manage Leeds United in 2016-17.

"They [relegated clubs] have the most money and the most power," Monk said.

"Whoever plays in that shirt, it doesn't matter what experience you've got, the expectation will always be to bounce straight back.

"They have the quality, clearly, and have had a very good start."

We're back in the swing of the football season and now we've got another midweek set of fixtures to serve up.

Just under a quarter of the goals scored in Saturday's Championship fixtures were conceded by QPR so they will be hoping for a better defensive performance this evening against Bristol City.

Meanwhile, apparently Frank Lampard is now managing Derby County - they take on Ipswich Town. Weird how no one's made a fuss of his first job in management, eh?

Elsewhere in tonight's Championship feast, Swansea take on in-form Leeds United and Rotherham welcome Hull City.

We've also got a shedload of League One and Two matches to bring you. Kick-off is coming very soon.
