    The power of Michail Antonio!

He pushes it down the line and it's a great passage of play and link-up with Mark Noble but it ends with a weak shot right at the keeper.

Lovely stuff right up until the finish from West Ham.

Michail Antonio walks the tight-rope down the right wing, just about keeping the ball in play as he tests Laurent Koscielny's pace.

He cuts the ball back to the top of the box. A neat one-two between Mark Noble and Samir Nasri, but the Hammers captain scuffs a weak shot straight at Bernd Leno from 15 yards.

    Should have done better.

It's a great start for West Ham, they're being patient in their build up.

They look confident and Arsenal are sitting back.

It will be interesting if they can get Arnautovic on the ball early.

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

West Ham are determinedly playing out from the back, Angelo Ogbonna gives Declan Rice a pass that he doesn't really want, but the Hammers get away with it.

It looks like West Ham are playing with Marko Arnautovic up top in a solo role with Samir Nasri, Michail Antonio and Felipe Anderson in a trio behind.

  5. Postpublished at 2 mins

    West Ham 0-0 Arsenal

Declan Rice almost loses the ball in a dangerous deep midfield spot as Alexandre Lacazette buzzes around him like a hungry Jack Russell.

The West Ham man make amends though and the danger is snuffed out.

Look at the stadium today, it's completely packed and it should be a good game

Samir Nasri - can he get in behind the back three of Arsenal?

Everybody is searching for a player of this type, (like Arnautovic) defenders bounce off him, he has quality in front of goal. He is taking ownership for his career and is a much better player now. It would be a disaster for him to leave.

West Ham v Arsenal (12:30 GMT)

    Guy Mowbray
    Match of the Day commentator

With both teams having only kept three Premier League clean sheets each all season, it's a game that should provide goals, but other than that, is tough to predict.

An easing injury list means we may get an idea of something close to Unai Emery's first-choice Arsenal team as they bid to end some poor recent away form in a fixture they've only lost once since 1999.

Like Emery, Manuel Pellegrini deserves only praise for what he's done in his first season in charge, with West Ham consistently at the top of the 'injury league table'.

They could beat (almost) any other team on their day, but such days against Arsenal are historically rare.

Mesut Ozil posted this picture on Instagram yesterday, yet come game day he is nowhere to be seen.

£350,000 is a lot to pay for someone to mug off Stephan Lichtsteiner in London Colney.

    How does this stand-off end?

West Ham United have won one of their last 21 Premier League matches against Arsenal (drawing four and losing 16), a 2-0 win at the Emirates in August 2015.

That was the season opener where Petr Cech, freshly arrived from Chelsea, misjudged a cross to allow Cheikhou Kouyate to head in.

Mauro Zarate - remember him? - drilled in the Hammers' second.

There is an absolute corker of a transfer story in Spanish newspaper AS this morning., external

Apparently Real Madrid have worked out that 25-year-old Harry Kane is younger than Robert Lewandowski, 30, and Edinson Cavani, 31 and so offers a longer-term solution to their centre-forward vacancy.

So they rang up Daniel Levy before Christmas and asked how much he would want for Kane.

How much do you reckon notorious hardball negotiator Levy quoted three-time European champions Real Madrid for his star man?

Higher. Nope, still a little higher. You're nearly there. Yep, just north of £310m.

"The price could not be more discouraging and more dissuasive," say AS.

Mike Skeates: I love how Bielsa said he wasn't spying to cheat or gain an advantage. So what exactly was he hoping to achieve? Or was he just tricking Derby into thinking he was spying to confuse them...and the rest of us?

Andrew Walker:Big calls again from Emery with no Ozil or Ramsey in the middle. Creativity, or lake of, a sticking point for us this season, and i'm not convinced jettisoning your top earner is the right call

"Usually [Manuel Pellegrini has] very offensive teams. They usually play matches with a balance tactically but above all with technical, offensive players."
